SA Players team of the Week - Round 4

It is a  difficult asignment this weekend - because of mediocre performances by players in some positions:-

JDJ had a good game Mike. Deserves the spot at 12. Especially for someone playing out of position. Got over the advantage line just about every time he ran the ball.

De Jongh is not a 12 - he may have gotten over the advantage line - but what happened then?  The ball died with him or in some cases there even were  turnovers.  I think that he was totally ineffective and that together with the obvious problem at flyhalf was a serious reason for the malfunctioning of the Stormers backline.
De Jongh is not a crashballer - he is physically too small and weak for that - and that was what he tried to do unsuccessfully on Saturday. 
I am very worried about the Stormers this coming weekend - their backline is poor and it was easy for the Sharks to neutralize them.  Against the Brumbies backline the holes are going to open up and the midgets are going to be shown up for what they really are.  I include De Jongh in the midgets category and would prefer it if he could play on the wing.

I have changed some positions.....as the 3 loosies above were the best 3.....and Venter who played 13, is more of a 12
Players who could have equally made it are Malherbe at 3, Mbonambi at 2, Mostert at 5, Oosthuizen at 4, the du Preez twins, Joe at 10, de Jongh at 12, Reinach at 9

Kolisi???????

Kolisi was excellent.....after Coetzee he was the best SA loosie of the weekend.
8 runs 20m gained, 2 defenders beaten, 2 offloads, 9 tackles made, zero missed

What game were you watching
Kolisi is a fantastic player......needs to be played far more than he is. Has real strength, regularly slips that first tackle
I am a massive fan....I laugh at the ignorance of those that don't rate him.

 I also watched the flop Kolisi made when Reinach was on the point of scoring a try.  He is not a top class loosie - sad to say.  

 Another poor call by snapster. Kolisi has a great deal  to prove.As for De Jongh when will he develop some distribution skills. Is he were a really good distributor he could be so much more effective.
