Joe Pretorius role back the years with some of those breaks huh? "Pieter-Steph du Toit - Lood de Jager a close second". This is why I generally trust your assessments. You have favorites but you ain't afraid to drop them if they underperformed. PS Redlinghuys will be on this sheet every week until the end of the season ;)

Harold Vorster was definitely a close second to Venter.

This is why I have zero respect for opinions on this Board....Lomp was awful on Saturday....lost his lineout 3  times, missed 3 of his 14 tackle attempts, ran 5 times for 5 metres and beat no tackles and was yellow carded for a cynical and nasty head high tackle.
Du Toit lost his lineout twice, missed 3 of his 5 tackle attempts, made 10 runs for 14 metres, beat no tackles and turned the ball over once.
They both had poor outings, but Lomp was totally outplayed and it got to him.

I have zero respect for prejudice without regard to fact and what you come up has mostly no regard as to what happens on the field of play - a hopeless way to assess player performances.

Moz....nonsense, Lood had a good game......what the hell is the difference between 5 carries and 5m gained beating no defenders to 12 carries and 12m gained beating no defenders

He made 11 tackles and missed 3, he stole 2 line outs

He was playing in a losing side

Its your usual prejudicial crap that has you saying he was awful.....bullshit, he had a good game......Etzebeth was marginally better, only slightly.
