How did you both post in the same space Hakwa?
Both the Sharks and the Chiefs looked like they were trying to injure each other today .

The Sharks are bloody idiots. They should have known what to expect and players like Du Plessis and Steyn should not have reacted the way they did.
The whole fiasco was started by Heika Elliot - who first of all used his elbow against the head of a Sharks player in a maul - nowhere near the ball. He then puts his knee into the back of Reinach - a very dangerous thing to do. Both in fact were red card offences.
Then Bismarck became idiotic. In the game last year between the Crusaders and the Sharks - a Crusaders player held onto the Sharks player off the ball stopping him from playing - and the result was a red card for stamping. The same happened in the game yesterday insofar as Bismarck is concerned. However - the incident last year in the Crusaders game was more of an accident - not intentional at all. The response of Du Plessis was the supreme form of idiocy - one of the worst things I have seen on a rugby field for years.
Then there was the Steyn incident. If Steyn was even a half-decent center one could have given him the benefit of the doubt about the tackle - but Steyn has been sub-par for years. I do not know whether you saw the game against the Stormers - where Steyn was involved in dangerous play against Kolbe and penalized again and then yellow-carded for a late and dangerous tackle on Kolbe.
The big idiot seems to target smaller players like Kolbe and Cruden for his worst actions.
Problem is that I have said from the start that the Sharks should send Steyn packing and that he is the worst choice at inside center they could have. He was atrocious in 2013 and also in 2014 and in the three games he was involved in this year -
* he was played the fool with by De Allende in the first game against the Stormers, picked out Kolbe for illegal play = gave away a penalty for dangerous play and safter a thord incident involving the same player he got yellow-carded - an altogether disgusting performance;
* he missed half his tackles snd even though he managed to score a try - his first in Super 15 since hsi return to the Sharks in Mat 2012 - the rest of hi9s game was poor and his defense was as per normal BS;
* he was even woese than in the Stormers game yesterday - the worst performance by any player at center I have seen for the past two decades.
I think that the Sharks should just forget about this idiot and send him packing. They can do this with ease - he will receive a banning for the Cruden incident and cannot plead that he has a clean record - the presiding officer will laugh his head off after the Kolbe fiasco only two weeks previously. So three weeks bnan is the minimum he would get.
The Sharks are indeed lucky - Jordaan will be back within the next two weeks and they can really do without Steyn.
There is no chance that Steyn would be anywhere near the Springbok team this year so what you raise is not an issue at all.

Why not the same kind of ferocious campaign against Bismarck, Mike? He has, after all, cost us a test and possibly a RC title as well, with his mindless way of playing, before.
