Saders back on track

 Done with plenty of assistance from the ref. See my thread re watching Lions game.I didnt even bother watching after a while.

 Seb: one poster is bleating loudly but sounds like the saders are doing better now.

I think Beeno you might have read the ref Nick Briant a bit harshly...the scrumming laws are a fiasco...the biggest centre of controversy...so so, even the sharpest knowledgeable ref can err...I reckon out of 6 calls in any game, one or even 2 can be contested .

The scrumming in this game was untidy with both sides guilty...I think he chose to ignor contentious and hard to determine discreptancies...Craig Joubert uses this style too...I personally prefer it to a ref like Peyper who is whistle happy and disorientates games.

The ref's interpretation is part of the hazards of the game...a side has to accept that and counteract that.

Four tries to nil...says it all.
