The box kick strikes again as Scotland can't gather and Ireland comes close to scoring.

Sometimes, just kicking a good touch carries so much more value than the old 50/50 box kick. Especially if you don't back it up properly and leave a huge space behind for a fortunate bounce for the opposition.

Now the ref penalises Scotland for the Irish guy dropping the ball after competing for it.

Well ref or no ref, Scotty seems hopelessly outclassed unfortunately.

Terrible cleaning at the ruck by Scotland, easy turnover penalty. Talk about powderpuff 5's, Dave will enjoy that one.

The Irish guy goes off his feet, going for the ball, then gets up while still competing...and the ref penalises Scotland

Mick hooker at the lineout joins on the Scottish side and pushes sideways.

Pakie, I wasn't calling you a twat...

It's this dang ref. Throughout the game Ireland have been showing no daylight before competing and he's been letting them get away with it time and time again.

The moment Scotland touch grass he blows his damn whistle.

In that penalty Pakie,

the Irish chap was competing for the ball, kept his hands on it, he went literally hands and knees on the ground, never let go of the ball and then got back up on his feet and kept competing...and the ref penalises Scotland.

Scots were fucked after they lost Russell and Graham in one hit

Loved what O’Connell said that the Irish strive for - being the best at all the things that require no talent - eg chasing a kick, getting up from a tackle
