 9. Reinach- possibale bok- if Curry Cup form can be maintained in the SuperXV.

10. Lambie- Encumbent bok at flyhalf (Goosen may be first choice if fit)

12. Frans Steyn- Encumbent bok at inside center

13. Paul Jordaan- must be a selection if form can remain as it was last season.

14. JP- Pieterson- Encumbent bok

15. Louis Ludick/Rian Viljoen (Neither bok material but solid none the less)

11. Mvovo- Extended springbok squad

This is a strong backline, the best of all the South African SuperXV teams.

Given the forwards available to the Sharks I think we are going to have a good season.

Franco van der Merwe from the Lions is a welcome aquisition, as he adds some grunt to our pack.

Sharkbok, that is a really talented backline that could tear most teams appart. It is a great combination of up and comers and experienced boks. Many Stormers fans would argue that their backline might be better.

9. Duvenage

10. Grant/Jantjies

11. Habana

12. Jean

13. De Jongh

14. Aplon

15.Taute

Looks pretty decents as well

Coming from a neutral I can assure you the Sharks backline is better except for Taute at 15 and Habana at 11, although given his age, Mvovo would be close on his heels........for the rest the Sharks walk it man for man

Dan Dan, the Stormers have some good backs as well especially Habana and Timo Swiel.

I wonder what the game plan for the Stormers backs is going to be apart from a strong defensive system. It worked well in the Curry Cup final, but during the SuperXV the Sharks could breach the Stormers defence using a multi-dimensional attacking game plan.

The traditional WP attacking game has really become a borefest, but hopefully this year things change.
