I dont think think that was a red card. It was a repeat offence but should be yellow with a a warning to the captain to avoid the shoulder charges.

He quite clearly was going to recommend a yellow for Elliott until the ref thought red. He then kept very quiet and said "I agree absolutely" (or words to that effect). Different story with Steyn though where he did his best to change the ref's mind to just a yellow!As usual, biased stuff from SA officials...
