I need to know why...why is Mike now called a Romulan?

Please don't let the explanation be a let down.

Anyway, Jayden Hendrikse is far too chilled out. I don't know if he's just unfit or if he's been told that he performs better when he takes things slow. Either way, I don't like it.

Faf had similar clearance speeds, but he brought a lot more to the game and that made up for his lack of speed. What does Hendrikse bring?

The Sharks actually looked like they didn't know what to do when they got the ball, and it's a theme these days with our sides.

It's like everybody got a big head after the WC and somehow feel that games win themselves. It's worrying because our teams look like without a scrum they have very little else that can win them games.

We used to be a forwards dominated country. And perhaps the zeitgeist is adapting to all the fleet footed players of colour that are now legitimately playing at the top level. A bit like the coaches think that these guys are so agile and quick that attacking structures aren't required for them to be successful on attack. Obviously that's not the case, but watching the games, seeing how poorly our sides attack despite have lots of talent, what else is one to think?

Did anybody else notice how AE tried to speed up the game yesterday?

I got a sense that he was getting annoyed at what was going on.

So he deserve more tests - in the 20 tests he played in he scored zero tries and contribted to the score of zero tries. That makes him deserve more tests? After De Allende there are at least 2 inside centers better than Esterhuizen and they deserve selection ahead of him. The last est he played in he was redcarded and since then Erasmus ignored him totally in tests played,

If he is as good as site experts believe him to be why is De Villiers not an strong supporter his selection? Why does Pollard claim he is a class act - the best center he ever played with and that include De Villiers and Esterhuizen? Esterhuizen is already 30 yeas old and the question is at that age of he is not a S pringbok regular he is ntpo going to become one n future,

and did not have a single try assist in those 20 matches

Except, for example, for the scoring pass he threw to Arendse in 2023 against Australia. RC round 1, minute 15:00.

Ok that was not regarded as a try assist by ES PN [ so I cannto beleive that they would ignore i because it dos not entaila nything bar a pass, A try assist would eb applicable if he broke a tackle and then create spaefor somebody to receive a passed ball when there is space for the recipient to operate in.

So how many tries did De Allende scored since 2018 and how many tries assist was he involved in. Latest count in AB tests alone is 3 tries scored - witha siilar number o assists bhe is credited with, That was clear in 2019 with teh WC squad selection and when Kriel was injured and needed replacement Erasmus called up Willemse and not Esterhuizen as replacement centre.

Willemse playing at center scire tries for the Springboks - something Esterhuizen was unable to do - even against Tsonga and Georgia in the 2023 WC in the only tests he was used in.

Sad to disagree - but Eterhuizen is not a good enough to be played on test level.

No, a try assist is pretty simple - you feed the ball to the try scorer. That's why it's a largely useless point of reference without context.
