The moment you mention Jantjies I get a pain in the wrong place.  Hwe has never succeeded as a starting flyhalf and when he started this year the Springboks lost the tests.

No - for heavens sake we must as you say try and win tests,

I’d say Rassie has improved things, there is an expectation that we should win when we take the field under Rassie. Beating NZ in NZ and dominating them for 70 min in SA has set the tone. Unfortunately the loss to England a game we should have won with ease has undone much of the positivity gained. His selections are mostly good, especially amongst the backs. The recall of Faf and Willie exposes Coetzee for the ignorant fool he is. His worst selections are the looseforwards, where only Kolisi and to a lesser extent Vermeulen are worthy. Bring the du Preez twins on board and the picture would look brighter. His other weak call is Mostert at lock.

His selections at centre have been haphazard. He hasn't handled the backs well. Clearly isn't his forte. Stick has his share of the blame.

Ag nee man, not Kolisi......we'll never agree on that one. He is not a Captain's ass as well as an average player.

About right for a 7 wins/7 losses record. Actually I think the discussion correctly identified the areas of improvement and the outstanding issues. Issues which were still apparent in our Welsh semi. A pretty decent Board assessment.

England died on the vine when Coles couldn’t stand up to the Beast and they couldn’t break our goal line defence with a gazillion phases. They were just supposed to win it after beating the ABs.

It’s a great pity we weren’t able to build on the WC win this year and prove the point that traditional Bok rugby is just as relevant as it was in 1960.

Madness with us all the time.   Idiots will never learn.    Now we have not  been able to build in the WC win this year and what was traditional rugby in the 1960's  was definitely not what you were telling is 5 years ago was traditional rugby,

You have made such a fool of yourself on the issue of Erasmus and in the issue of the RWC that one would have hoped that you would have learnt something from it and not made a bigger fool of yourself - but that hope is forlorn.

Can you believe this? Ou Mike at last acknowledging that he is also an idiot. Not just the rest of us.

This thread underlined what I was trying to say in the thread about my “red pill moment“ so to speak.

That we were all missing what Rassie was busy doing right before our eyes. We were all busy playing the “my dick is better than your dick game”. Note that I have been including myself all the way through. Right from the start of that thread.

Wanker knows in his entrails that he was completely wrong about what needed to be done to save Bok rugby. He wanted a bunch of fairies running round out there led by Timmo Swiel. Whereas I wanted solid Bok rugby....huge defence......power set pieces....and the reliable boot of Handre Pollard, a very much unsung hero of our WC campaign.

Did we win the World Cup with Timid-ou floating like a butterfly and stinging like the breeze?

Ag Foeitog - the mind lapsed into a coma again - he was caught out talking his normal shit and now he ran off about something I wrote about a player I said they must watch out for in future seven years ago,   The player did  not live up to potential promise and I never wrote anything about him  afterwards,   He wrote so much BS about Erasmus that he had to find an escape out - so he comes up with this rubbish,  Try again - this one will not work.
