DA and Jessica Rushed to much and overshot...leaving the unlucky hole...if they were lined up better, in a intact Defence Line, DA would have tackled GP most probably....they should really consider making adjustments  to there game Skill set, as they Repeating the same mistakes.....just like R&N funny enough

The clincher is if you watch the try in motion, Kitshoff actually diverts onto the Irish 18 and then when the ball is passed, he can get through two Irish forwards to get to GP….no obstruction if he went between them GP would have passed that point….and if he went round he would be gassed, which he was.

Given it was GP and Kitshoff, the tackle was never going to be made.

I don’t expect Dud to have seen all that, but I do expect him to adapt.  When GP was rounding the pod that contained Kitshoff Dud should have hesitated. And Dud did, he broke his stride. But  GP dummied a pass to Sexton and GP bit….basically because getting the next man had taken over his brain. He was in Zombie mode….and so we lost the test.

I have 2 simple questions… 1) Does Rassie want 12 & 13 to rush up when 15 isn’t in position to cover? 2) In this particular situation, when Ireland had a one man overlap, is the rush defence a good or bad idea?

Just another memory in a long list of delusional Dave being shown direct evidence of his golden boy screwing the pooch but telling us OUR eyes are lying. Has anyone here ever seen such a severe cast of fanboydom?

I liked my description ‘in zombie mode’…hahaha…always a boost when one likes one’s old posts.

Mostert scoring a try - fuck me that must have been an open line with no challengers in front of him? Two certainties is that he would not have scored through skill by attacking space and secondly it would not have involved him running through a defender to score unless that defender had been Nohamba or Curwin Bosch :)

PSDT is the best blindside flanker in the game, Mostert is not in the top 10 locks in SA

Mostert played in 72 tests and scored 3 tries - Du Toit played in 77 test matches and scored 8 tries.  That says it all - but Mozart never saw any tries scored by Du  Toit.    And Mozart raved about i try scored by Mostert.  Lood de Jager played in 52 tests scoing 5 tries and Mozart saw none of those tries either.
