I think Wales must start as favourites, given the Bok- team has little to no established combinations.
The Boks have some fantastic players, but some have very few Bok caps, and the combinations have not been tested.

On the positive, the up-and-under kicking game cant be as bad as it was in the 1st half last week, which almost lost the Boks the game.

Although as usual with the Boks, if they can keep the game close in the 1st half they have Marx on the bench who usually changes the complexion of any game.

The bookmakers do not agree with you.   The odds are 1,26 on SA winning and 4.30 on Wales winning.

After seeing the shocker played by New Zealand anything can happen.   I am afraid that the NZ team looked very average to me and they are going to go down badly in the ratings.

They need two things in no particular order against a settled Welsh side ......direction and co-ordination.

New Zealand's pack has been declining for some time.

They will always have world class backs, but their forwards have been overly dependent on Retallick- who appears past his best.

Many of their forwards are not test standard, it is not just a coaching problem. However, the coach also appears to be a problem.

Not playing South Africa forwards in Super Rugby, is perhaps exasperating the situation. Super Rugby is now a touch rugby tournament.

Already the wall of delusional comments...

The day has delivered its share of entertaining rugby. Now time to ruin the mood with the S hole of the rugby world: SA rugby.

The same is expected and the same will happen, when confronted to their abyssal lack of rugby, SA rugby supporters will claim a bad day at the office.

Not the usual gruel.

Then they should move to the North. The Irish pack is a reasonable contender for the title of the best in the world.

They play very clean, are able to switch reliably between various tasks required from modern forwards (not like SA forwards who understood they were underpar and only compete in selected tasks) and are able to play dynamic rugby.

Great quota team again.

SA rugby supporters are a special kind: world champions. Cant think of anyone else (including snake oil salespeople, politicians  etc) able to tell blatant anti factual statements and expect people to side with them on the only ground they do share the same skin colour.

If they had a sense of humour, they could claim the quota are met with the few quota people to be found in the stands because once again, it is announced before the start of the game, it will be a hard task requiring intense scrutinizing to spot the few locals who support the SA rugby team.

People that have not played rugby (like the Traditionalist), don't understand that rugby is also a physical sport.

Having a good backline is exciting to watch, but like Boxing - skill alone does not win heavyweight titles. Sometimes power can beat skill, even though the ideal situation is to be like Mike Tyson with power and skill.

One wonders what is SA in  SA rugby.

Usually, when teams rely on so many foreigners, they still keep funding local. For example quatari teams that take many foreigners but are funded with quatari money.

SA rugby do not even do that. They keep panhandling to the north, northern rugby is the one footing the bill for SA players.

No local players, no local supporters, no local money. SA rugby are what, except the expression of the apartheid era.

Time to get rid of a relic of a burdensome past.

People who can read but yet dismiss their own ability to deny do what happened:

They hope that people who can read and accept to read a content do not do it.

The irish pack was lauded as potentially the best in the world in this thread.

SA rugby do not play a forward based rugby. Theirs forwards are not good enough.

They play a degenerated version of rugby in hope of competing.

Imagine making a fake account to troll an anonymous rugby board. The tragedy of it all. We love the Trad troll because he knows, and we know, that every time he turns up here it’s a testament to his lack of anything resembling substance. Keep trucking fuck face

Kick taken by WA.

Sidenote: after the loss in the 6N, against FR, the WA kickers dismissed SA rugby team as the best in the world despite their world ranking. He reported FR as the best team in the world.

Again, the delusion.

This account is as fake as many others.

SA people at it again: coerced to tell tales as they are unable to cope with factual opinions.

It is going to be a great day.

The TV broadcaster feeling compelled to show the few quota people in the stands to sell the dream.

See, see, there are some of them, some of them.

Amusing.

At this stage the Pollard/Biggar kicks were better put into the corner. Another penalty is almost a dead certainty with a good maul and a try a good possibility.

A blister in the face of rugby.

Nothing happens. Game is stalled in the mid field. Overpaid players who do not seem happy to be on the pitch. Who cant accept they could respect the rugby public by running at least, putting some effort in or something.

A team of sellswords.

SA, apply your anti mercenary laws for the love of the rugby game.

I have been very impressed with Hendrikse's play. He clears the ruck very quickly, and organises his forwards well.
He has a good crisp pass, and plays a high-tempo game.

Jessie Kriel is a one-dimensional as expected. He is not a playmaker . Always dies with the ball
