The situation can be summed up as follows:-
*    Coetzee stays on with a proviso that a performance clause is added to his contract.  *    Stick is sent off to the Sevens and Under 20 set-ups as assistant coach - he is being replaced by Franco Smith *    J P Ferreira as defence coach is on the way out - same as Stick - being replaced by Brendon Venter.
I think the problem with Coetzee has been delayed to the French tests in June 2017,   If the results are poor - he will be fired.   That should have already happened - but the politico's will have a fit.
Their excuse will be that the "white"  players wanted to sabotage Coetzee by under-performing.

Smith and Venter may just bring the "magic" that saves Coetzee's ass and he'll walk away with the credit and accolades.  His bosses in turn will sing his praises and disregard the efforts of Smith and Venter.  But, life's all about choices and those two probably made the choice to be there so good luck to the tree musketeers...

Machiavelli, where is your Foxsport Fantasy team?

I shall not be joining the fun.  I have erratic schedules and may at times be in an area where there is no Internet connection.  It means that I lose opportunities and subsequently become a delinquent playe

 As expected.

They anticipated a loss to France, no matter what so Coetze is kept in charge to take the fall guy part.

Changing the head coach and losing to France, as it is the most likely outcome, would have been a devastating situation.
