Did you watch any of these games, Mike?
Stade Francais won a game at last in the European Challenge Cup series
Only the highlight packages unfortunately. But fact is the one was lost badly and the return game was won. I looked at the stats and especially the first match was an ugl y mess,
So you would have noticed that Stade only had 25% possession and conceded two yellow cards during which time 17 points were scored against them, but you still lay the loss on Morne?
No - not entirely on Morne - but he was one of the reason for the demise, That is why he was out of the match 23 in the next match.
Morne always was destructive when it came to backline play and the backline selection was changed because of him. The backline players in the second game was always the second string Stade Francais backline players and as per normal Meyer panicked and picked the second-stringers - leaving Morne totally out of contention. That result in a much better functioning of the backline.
One can only wonder what would have happened with the backline performances if the top backline players were retained and the source of the problem only removed.
The yellow cards were due to ill-discipline and should also have been dealt with by the coach. . What is clear that Morne will be lucky to get even a bench selection in the remainder of the European Challenge Cup and the French Top 14 for the rest of the season in 2019.
Unless there is a clear upswing in performances Meyer will soon enough have to buy a one-way ticket back to SA,
That result in a much better functioning of the backline.
But you said you didn't see the games. How can you know this? Stade scored no tries in the second game against Ospreys.
"The backline players in the second game was always the second string Stade Francais backline players and as per normal Meyer panicked and picked the second-stringers - leaving Morne totally out of contention. That result in a much better functioning of the backline.

More from the "Mike World of Fantasy"
Sentence no 1 is already completely wrong. And the rest of the drivel that follows are merely extensions based on fantasy no.1.
So back to the real source of the problem - Morne Steyn. The dim one cannot realize where the problem was - it was with Morne Steyn with his history of backline destruction and his piss poor defense.
Ceradunce made an mazing discovery for somebody with only one functioning brain cell. Learn from him - dim one. He gave the four scores in the Challenger Cup series showing that in two games Plisson played in the total losing margin was 17 points. In the one game Morne played in the losing margin was 29 points. G et the message demented one?
Dofdoos
Just read my latest contribution as to the point differences in Stade Franncais losses in the Challenge series =
* Plisson played in two games and the total margin combined was 17 points;
* Yout hero Morn mamnaged to play in ONE game and the margin was 29 points'
Too dim to realize the difference?
But Mike, you can't compare Morne and Plisson since they didn't play in the same games against the same opposition. Are you guilty of statistical abuse?
Look at what Morne produced in that game and than decide for yourself whether he was not to blame in a major way for the loss:- but then Angel Morne is never to be criticized by ordinary mortals - while you can write streams of BS about other players.
Mind you - one must never expect anything but idiocy from you - so forget about what the bugger did in the game under discussion. There was obviously a reason why Me yer dropped him totally out of the squad - but you are way too idiotic to understand what happened.

You didn't see the game. How would you know? Both Stade tries came from backline moves with Morne as first receiver. So what's this about deficient backline play?

I love how this just goes on and on
Will you never learn anything about when to keep your ignorant trap shut for keeps. Go and ask why Meyer dropped Morne out of the match day squad of 23 for the next game against Osprey.
By the way .missed tackles do not include where Morne or for that matter did not even make a tackle attempt at all.
By the way I di not notice that Morne was credited with a try assist in the Osprey game. So try again. Merely passing the ball does not mean that Morne had a real contribution to the tries Pakie claimed in this case.
"Will you never learn anything about when to keep your ignorant trap shut for keeps."
You mean I have to learn not to say anything when you are caught making a doos of yourself again?
"By the way .missed tackles do not include where Morne or for that matter did not even make a tackle attempt at all.

What make you so sure of that? Did you actually see it?
The reason I'm asking is because, for some obscure reason, you have neglected to answer the question about whether you have watched the games or not? I guess it must be a minor accidental oversight on your side because a person of such high honesty as yourself would never deliberately fail to answer such a question, would you?
