Yep. Refs walks Connacht up the field from their own 22 and they eventually score.

He penalises BJD for jumping across, but he couldn't even reach the ball despite jumping across...and this is after he had called the Stormers for not throwing in straight :/

The same Sacha that scored those tris against Ireland and France.

And Gelant makes a bloody cockup as he slowly gallops to defend a kick ahead...and Connacht score

I guess Dobbo should make him captain next week

Gelant's mistakes have cost the Stormers a try scoring chance...+80m and a try.

Imagine if every player cost you that much!?

Watched most of this game (unfortunately) but had guests so couldn't join commentary. Same with the Lions although that was a much better watch . . . if a little one-sided at the end.

Not sure what it is with Connacht. They generally look pretty average against other British teams but always lift their game against South African sides, whether that is home or away.

I'll be around for the Sharks game later . . . not sure if anyone else is brave enough to watch?

I have a suggestion for the Stormers - fore th at s hho/tbrai.n t heym have ass a coach . He selected Fou,rie at 6 - and t he fucker gavce awqay trwo penal;tiesd - both ending up in tgriers fpor Connacht - h e a;so gpot carded and the Stormers had to play wso/th 14 players.

Then he also/ cau,se passing at i.mpo/ssible .oinstnan ces with Connacht gotten hold of the ball and scored tries,

The SDt/orfmers today was supershit causxedd by defective coaching .

Average against British teams?

We beat Glasgow, Scarlets and Ospreys, while we lost to Cardiff and Dragons. We have yet to play Edinburgh.

Our issue is against the other Irish teams we have just won 1 out of 5 so far. One of the problems Connacht is they play on average what is the strongest of the 4 shields in the URC. Effectively rivals like Cardiff, Edinburgh, Benetton and the like get a 5 point head start in that they get to play the weakest teams the Dragons and Zebre twice. But in fairness Dragons are a decent side this year, while Zebre were last season.

Anyway our recent form and style of rugby has been really good, we have won our last 5 URC games after winning just 3 of our first 10.

Delighted with 5 points today, gives us a real shot at top 8 which considered the start to the season we had would be a major achievement.
