Three players made mistake after mistake yesterday.....Lambie, Hougaard and in the last 10 minutes Willie. We really have to forget about Lambie and Hougaard in the Bok half back slots. Reinach was not as bad yesterday.....but he seemingly  can't deliver a pass without taking three steps. Steps which put huge pressure on the receiver.

Another player I was hugely disappointed with was Redlinghuis. Coenie  was in trouble all the game against the perennial weak link Jenkins. But Redlihhuis cracked every time, especially in that scrum near the Welsh line. Or maybe it was Lomp packed behind him. Three scrums that wheeled heavily clockwise.

And what of Stepfontein, was he even playing. How about Mvovo under the high ball. Where was Mohoje.

But still if the bungling three had just not made school boy mistakes, or if the ref hadn't called that atrocious yellow, we could still have won this dog of a game. Still I think HM might have finally seen who he cant count on.

Another lie that Coenie was in trouble all game against Jenkins.....one penalty against him for an inward scrum.......but thanks to Coenie and co we also received penalties in our favour in the scrums and a tighthead........what utter fucking rubbish that Coenie struggled in the scrums - plain lies

Every player bar Vermeulen and perhaps Coetzee should be raked over the coals for their performance yesterday.

It was a pathetic performance from a team that didn't rock up.

T o single out players is a waste, they were all poor.

Coenie was down on his knees in the first two scrums at minutes 20 and 22 and at minute 27. Under a different ref all penalties. He was down again minute 32 and penalized at the next scrum for scrumming in. He didn't finish one scrum straight and forward, except for the time Jenkins was penalized.
All this against a weak Welsh pack which was struggling against the ABs. Imagine what Ayerza would do to thahe inward scrumming BJ er Coenie. But he was better than Redlinghuis, showing again the folly of projecting CC performance onto the international stage.
None of these guys can fill Jannie's boots.

Mozart's list of culptrits contained some real manufacturing.   The failures list wa sin fact much loner than he named and BB is much nearer the mark.   The players that did well is Etzebeth, Vermeulen and Coetzee.
The  average performers were Coenie, Beast,  Strauss, Reinach.
The rest needs to have a serious talking to for mucking up the game.

Oh sure Strauss was average....doing the fetcher's job right on the Bokline and probably saving a try. You really miss a lot Oupa.

In the year 1 AV ( after Matfield) I think Etzebeth has the capacity to become the next greatest number 5 lock in the game. He has the speed, height of jump and general athleticism to play 5. Next to him at 4 I would like to see our strongest lock Willemse. That might very well be the ticket at the RWC....Victor could get injured.

Coenie was also penalised for a belly flop of a clean out via an obvious side entry right in front of the ref. where was Matfield ....he was the one making the try saving tackle under the posts with about 10 to go. I do hope that this has been Matfields last tour and he now retires with his name and reputation still in held in high esteem.

Oh what rubbish, Coenie was once again as solid as a rock, when last did we see tightheads by a Bok scrum.

Coenie is two starts has proved your ignorant take on the lad has been a load of crap all along.

Good on Coenie, who to be fair has played very little rugby leading into those two starts......last week it was if it had been a different ref blah, blah, blah......the same again this week.

Just admit you got it wrong as you do with most things.......like Coetzee is no good, Reinach cant pass or Lambie is poor, that Serfontein is ordinary......its all a load of rubbish.

What you need to wake up to is the fact that the likes of Matfield and co are long past it and are now liabilities in the side

None of cCoenie, Lambie, Serfontein or Reinach will help our RWC cause....and none of them would make the NZ or Oz team. Well maybe Coenie for Oz.

Coenie is better than any up an coming NZ tighthead.

Serfontein is far, far better than any young Kiwi 12, if Crotty is the best they have as back up to Nonu and SBW, they are struggling.....Crotty is another Brad Barritt.

Lambie is as good as Slade, Cruden and Barrett

Reinach is as good as any Kiwi but for Smith who is the best in the game or close

Mpozart's latest comment is that  the players he has been going on for months as being poor - will not make the NZ of Oz teams - can e think of better reasons for them not ebing good enough to play for SA.
If that being his case - will his favourites - players like Morne  Steyn,  Victor Matfield, Willem Alberts and Francois Steyn make any of the top 6 world rugby teams?  The answer is no.   Morne cannot even make the starting line - up for his club,  so what would make him an international player?   The same applies to the other three - they should not be anywhere near their franchise teams selection.

Can you chaps point out where Step beat a backline player and registered a clean break, all tests included. I only recall the interception involving no tacklers and the break where he beat Horwill. Is there more? My impression is of total toothless play.
Lambie has been spiraling down. I warned of this tendency before the Welsh test and he was right on the trend line.
As for Coenie, even the Aussies handled the Welsh scrum...and even then he had his knee down in the first three scrums, and concededa penalty disappearing down the tunnel.
Reinach was the best of a bad bunch....only partially charged this week and only one stupid penalty. But some of those hospital passes!

No WC winners in this bunch.

Take out matfiled and put in Willemse (Loodt, Steph du Toit) and remove Oupa and play Louw or Burger etc and the whole quality of the pack changes. The Boks were some 10 kg or so lighter than the Welsh pack!! You cant afford two pap players like matfiled and oupa. MAtfield is too pap be be abackline pplayer and far too slow.
Get dominance up front and everything changes.
Ja was good on Saturday making some nice little darts and tackling very well. What Dr Moz fails to note is the Welsh didnt score a try. They are supposed to have a good backline. Where was hteir flair?Reianch and Pollard are world beaters. Lambie although not in Pollards class has been okay. I felt he kick away too much ball.Ho.ugaard was great here in Sa but had a error strewn tourThe wings were poor but JP is not the answer. Haban is fading. Yet where is van wyk and Senatla for example. For years We ahve palyed Haban and JP. Where has been the developement of back up. Much like Beast Jannie, Bismark and Stauss in the front row.Sorry I am extremely didappointed as I always believed meyer was a builder and thsi he has unbuilt as it were. Getting in guys who are retiring!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Plus others who should have retired.
Funny the commentators were praising Relinghuys for his work. Nyankane had a few good scrum s and then with oupa and matfiled supporting the poor guy he collapsed on a few occassions. Poor Beast having to man up with this sort of support!
