poor old dense denise get splattered again - how much can the dope take! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Trump has doe nothing wrong in playing her music. Adele and dense denise should zip it. The foul mouthed Adele should be thankful for all the publicity!!!

Trump to take the stage this week at a campaign rally in Exeter, New Hampshire, fans listened to a few hit songs by Adele, "Skyfall" and "Rolling in the Deep."

That has apparently hit all the wrong notes with the British superstar: She has said she'd like Trump to quit playing her songs at political rallies.

"Adele has not given permission for her music to be used for any political campaigning," said Benny Tarantini, an Adele spokesman.

But mega-best-selling Adele may not be able to stop The Donald here.

Legally, the Republican presidential candidate has paid for the right to blast pretty much any music he wishes, as long as he does it correctly.

"Mr. Trump's campaign paid for and obtained the legal right to use these recordings," said Hope Hicks, a Trump spokeswoman.

Copyright experts say campaigns don't need an artist's permission to play their songs at rallies as long as the political organization or the venue has gotten what's known as a blanket license from the performing rights organizations ASCAP and BMI.

The license isn't for a single artist but for all the music in the licensing group's repertoire, which is staggering. ASCAP represents over 10 million musical works from over 525,000 songwriters and composers. BMI represents 10.5 million musical works created by more than 700,000 songwriters. The license is for the right to perform the song publicly.

"When the campaign bus pulls into a town square in Iowa and starts blaring music, most times they've learned to get a license for that so they're not violating a copyright," said Lawrence Y. Iser, a partner and expert in copyright law at the Santa Monica, California-based firm Kinsella, Weitzman, Iser, Kump & Aldisert.

HAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA OU DENSE DENISE CANT HELP HIMSELF.

Meanwhile the latest poll in New Hamshre shows Trump extending his lead. This is before the debate which it appears Trump won again.

Washington (CNN)Donald Trump holds a growing lead in New Hampshire, according to the latest CNN/WMUR tracking poll, while on the Democratic side, Bernie Sanders' still-wide lead is a bit smaller.

Overall, 33% of likely Republican primary voters say they back Trump, giving him a 17-point edge. After seeing his lead shrink to 11 points following a second-place finish in the Iowa caucuses, Trump once again more than doubles the support of his nearest competitor, Marco Rubio.

The race for second place has tightened once again, with the slight edge Rubio appeared to grab following his third-place finish in Iowa shrinking. Overall, 16% back Rubio, 14% Ted Cruz, 11% John Kasich, 7% Jeb Bush, 6% Carly Fiorina, 4% Chris Christie and 2% Ben Carson.

The poll was completed as Saturday night's debate in New Hampshire was getting underway, and the results do not reflect reactions to the debate itself.

Though support for both Cruz and Rubio is within the margin of error of where they were immediately post-Iowa, what had been a five-point gap between the two has narrowed to two points, suggesting the race for second place in New Hampshire is about as close as it was before Iowa.

It's unclear when voters will make a final decision, as several nights of tracking have shown few shifts in the share who say they've made up their minds. A sizable 30% of likely GOP voters say they are still trying to decide whom to support, down just four points since the immediate post-Iowa numbers.

These results represent the most recent four nights of interviewing in the tracking poll. The University of New Hampshire's Survey Center, which completed the interviews, will be calling voters Sunday and Monday, and CNN and WMUR will release an update to the numbers again on Monday evening.

Two-thirds of likely Republican primary voters say they expect a Trump win Tuesday, up a tick since immediately post-Iowa, and slightly fewer now say they've ruled out a vote for Trump: 30% would not vote for Trump now, down from 37% who said so just after Iowa.

Over on the Democratic side, Sanders holds 58% among likely Democratic primary voters, well ahead of Clinton's 35%. That's a tighter race than right after Iowa, when the poll suggested Sanders led Clinton by a 2-to-1 margin.

And despite Sanders' far-wider lead, the sense of inevitability among likely Democratic voters that he will win is about the same as the expectations game on the Republican side for Trump: 66% say they think Sanders will win compared with 21% who see a Clinton victory as likely.

The CNN/WMUR poll was conducted by the University of New Hampshire Survey Center by telephone from February 3-6. The poll includes interviews with a random sample of 953 adult residents of New Hampshire, including 406 who say they plan to vote in the Democratic presidential primary and 362 who plan to vote in the Republican presidential primary. For results among the sample of likely Democratic primary voters, the margin of sampling error is plus or minus 4.9 percentage points, it is 5.2 for likely Republican primary voters.

Foul-mouthed Adele? Good grief, just how stupid is Baboon-ou? I wonder if he can find even one example of Adele using foul language with regards to Von Clownstick using her music without authorisation?

Sounds to me like this is yet another instance of Baboon-ou's inability to actually read an article without flying off on a tangent.

Only a dribbling moron would read this article and arrive at the conclusion that it was Adele who was the one using foul language.

    LMAO!

This means nothing - 30% of the voters have not made up their minds yet and that 30% will not go for Trump.  I still believe that he would get round about the same percentage of votes that he got in Iowa - ie 24-25% and that is not even remotely enough to get the Republican nomination.
The chips will be down when the field is narrowed down to two or three candidates and that will be soon enough.   Voters supporting the minor candidates will not switch their support to the lunatic fringe supporting Trump.

Ou maaaike I hear over 200 countries in the world practise proper border controls. Europe and the USA don't. Guess who is getting it wrong and Trump right.Trump keeps getting it right and its quite evident. The main stream media controlled by the global elitists and also the political hacks controlled by the global elitists are in a tizz over Trump.I was much heartened to hear that magnificent speach by Marine Le Pen at the European parliament. Incredible stuff. Then Farage slating these clowns. Brexit looks likely to succeed and when Le Pen comes in France will pull out and thankfully the EU will be finished.Gooooo Trump. Le Pen and Farage

     Migrants not happy!!!!!

Taxpayer-funded three-star hotel accommodation provided for asylum seekers has been labelled discriminatory because paying guests receive better food than migrants who demand their “VIP status” be recognised.

Private contractor Clearsprings is housing 129 refugees at the Mediterranean-themed Europa Gatwick Hotel where migrants have their own rooms, with en-suite bathrooms, plus a television and tea and coffee-making facilities.

Yet, according to the Mail on Sunday, one of them was indignant about the conditions and demanded that they should be treated like VIPs.

The man, who has previously worked at hotels in Dubai, said: “We should be considered VIPs because we are long-staying guests. We are making money for this hotel.”

He was heard complaining to a waiter: “Why the food is not the same quality, my brother? Why [other] people, they have salad and we don’t have salad? Why they have desserts and we don’t have desserts?”

The 216-bed hotel, owned by the Britannia chain – whose profits jumped five-fold to £14 million last year – hosts weddings and boasts of having “beautifully landscaped gardens” and “first-class facilities”, according to the newspaper.

Prices range from £35 for a single room to £71 for a family-sized room, with the cost met by Clearsprings Ready Homes Ltd, a firm contracted by the Home Office.

A Libyan asylum seeker also complained about their treatment and the quality of the accommodation detailed above, citing the fact they were served different food to paying guests.

This is not the first time migrants have expressed dissatisfaction with the perceived quality of their accommodation in the UK.

Breitbart London reported last month on a migrant staying at Lynx House in Wales who complained live on Sky News that the free food he gets is the same twice a day. He also claimed that the accommodation he is given, again at a cost to the British taxpayer, is too small and too dirty.

In the rest of Europe similar stories have been aired including one group of newly arrived migrants in the Netherlands who declared their accommodation so poor they wanted to go back to Syria.

It’s not just the hotels that present a problem. Breitbart London has reported on the changes the cold weather in Europe is having on its new migrant population and their satisfaction with their new home.

One migrant interviewed last November lamented he was unable to turn back and go home, and complained about the Europeans he had met. He said: “Here it is so cold and nobody cares about us. Now we want to go, to move, there is no way back. We have already crossed seven or eight borders”.

Another migrant thought Europe already had welcomed too many migrants. He said: “the weather is so cold, and the people are too much. Too much people coming to this area

rooitwit blame ou dense denise for fouling up. He is proving most unreliable!!

Ou maaaaike please read the bit below. Trump has just pushed his NH poll up to 33%. HAd Cruz not cheated Trump would even have won Iowa! CC please dont add your ignorance t othis thread  - thanks
But note the details below and prepare yourself for a trump Presidency and a revival of the USA.

It is now two days away from the first primary of the 2016 election season, and Donald Trump has widened his lead against the rest of the Republican field. The latest polling out of New Hampshire shows Trump leading with 33 percent, while Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz are battling for second and third with 16 percent and 14 percent respectively. The only other Republican that is polling in double digits is John Kasich at 11 percent.

Trump’s numbers in New Hampshire have been up and down over the last couple of weeks. At the height of his lead, Trump was up by 24 points. After his second place finish in Iowa, Trump’s New Hampshire lead shrank to 11 points. Up until recently, Ted Cruz was the candidate trailing Trump in New Hampshire but that changed after the surprising surge of Marco Rubio in Iowa. Rubio came out of nowhere to come in third in Iowa, almost edging Trump out of second place. Based on Rubio’s Iowa surge, Rubio has overtaken Cruz for second place in New Hampshire.

This latest poll was completed shortly before the Republican debate that took place on Saturday night. Polls that take into account the debate performance will be out tomorrow, or early Tuesday morning. Political experts have not been able to come to a consensus about who won the debate. The majority of experts say that the three governors; Bush, Kasich, and Christie had their best debates to date. The consensus among the experts is also that Rubio may have had his worst debate after Christie exposed him about being robotic and having a memorized 25-second speech that he is programmed to give. Rubio gave that programmed response three times Saturday night while Christie called him out on it.

Donald Trump’s performance was said not to have been his best debate but it was also stated that his performance did not hurt him either

Trump is still expected to come away with the win in New Hampshire which would give him extra momentum to carry him into the South Carolina and Nevada primaries. Trump is polling in the lead in both of those states as well. During one of his rallies in New Hampshire, Trump made sure to remind people that since he was funding his own campaign, he didn’t have any friends that he owed favors too.

“I have no friends, as far as I’m concerned. You know who my friends are? You’re my friends. I don’t need your money, I need your vote.”

On the Democrat side, Bernie Sanders has a huge lead against Hillary Clinton. Sanders currently holds a lead of 23 percent over the former Secretary of State. Sanders representing Vermont in the United States Senate has always had a large lead against Clinton in New Hampshire. With New Hampshire being a neighboring state of Vermont, Sanders clearly has a home field advantage.

All good news re Trump/.Goooooo Trump!!!! Time for sanity to return. It will however be a huge task as the 20 trillion dollar debt gives some indication off. USA had better vote in Trump or perish.

No Baboon-ou, no-one is saying anyone is lying. If you actually take the trouble to read the article (and get someone with a double-digit IQ to help you with the multi-syllable words) you'll see that a singer did in fact tell F#ckface Von Clownstick to go f#ck himself . . . only it wasn't Adele.

Nothing wrong with the heading, nothing wrong with the article. The only problem seems to be the imbecile who read the article but is too stupid to understand what it was about.

Apart from being incredibly stupid, he's also a craven coward and after all his accusations of egg being thrown around, any admission from him will confirm what everyone else already knows . . . that all the egg in this instance is dribbling down his own stupid face.

Good luck getting him to admit that though!

Trump looks like he could be thew greatest American president of all time. Will enough Americans be able to throw off decades of elitist brainwashing by these globalists. So far the omens are good as tere appears to be a mass awakening.I also have to laugh how those criticising Trumps muslim remarks are now silent. Guess who won that one hands down. The correctness of the approach will become even more overwhelming as time goes on. Thank goodness trump has the guts to speak out.
Goooo President Trump, Marine Le Pen and Farage! Indeed go all those EU countries getting fed up with the current EU set up. Kick out those two hapless twits Merkel and Hollande. Any country wanting to hand over their sovereignty to Brussels has been completely deceived by the main stream media who job it is to brain wash the gullible weak minded oaks. Their success is evident even here on this board.

Beeno patiently revealing what is really going on and what is at stake.

"The point ou rooitwit is that whoever made the comments dense denise has been left with big EGG landing as Trump was legally entitled to use the music."

No, my feeble-minded little friend, the point I was making was that you started slandering Adele and calling her foul-mouthed before you even read the entire article.

You put up the heading of this thread, no-one else . . . so stop being such a weak little coward and man up for once in your sad and pathetic life. You called Adele foul-mouthed and when challenged to provide even one shred of evidence to support your allegation you called Dense a liar, blamed his heading (that was perfectly accurate) and generally tried to weasel your way out of acknowledging that you unfairly called Adele foul-mouthed.

Listen Baboon-ou, I truly don't give a flying fig leaf what a stupid, blinkered halfwit like you thinks about politics and I never bother reading your biased, long-winded and repetititive copy-and-pastes . . . so spare me yet another of your shrill squawks about how wonderful you think F#ckface Von Clownstick is. The point that I made on this thread is that you are too stupid to even know which singer the article was referring to and you're not man enough to admit it.

Hope that's clear now, Baboon-ou . . . although I suspect your response will be yet more hysterical squealing and a new series of copy-and-pastes from your mindless right-wing websites.

It's only for the benefit of posters like you CC, who battle to comprehend certain things.... which is a common trait you seem to display on here
But don't worry, you are on a roll, the last thing I want is for you to lose "momentum" now.

Okay so I got the singer singer wrong it happens. Why is everyone so surprised I can make a mistake. I guess it my near flawless record!
My big point was Trump was entitled to use the music.
Where is dense denise admitting he got it hopelessly wrong. Bwhahahahahahahahaha
Dense be careful, when criticising the great man as you will very likely be wrong.
And why doesnt ou rooitwit complain about dense denise - simply because he is  a brain washed nutter who cant stand sound reasoning and thus cant stand Trump. If my political posts are beyond you rooitwit please leave the scene.
Have the decency to admit Trump was entirely within his rights to play the music. The MAIN point raised. Your majoring in minors to avoid dealing with the main issue fools only yourself and your ilk.
Beeno clearly has the very dense denise and poor rooitwit under the kosh

I mentioned that last night CNN said 80 iuslamic jihardist were planning an attack on 5 EU cities.I admire Trump for not really rubbing it in at every opportunity!!Meanwhile in Germany:

In the latest of a series of raids, German police have searched two homes in a rural village after a television channel interviewed a suspected Islamic State commander living there as a refugee.

Sankt Johann is a small village in the south west German state, Rhineland-Palatinate. Something of a rural idyll, its 800 residents live between vineyards in the shadow of a 14th century Gothic church. And yet, as SPIEGEL TV reports, this weekend it was the scene of police raids on two Islamic State-linked suspects living in refugee housing.

Prosecutors’ office spokesman Michael Neuhaus said the two men targeted by the operation are “suspected of taking part in the Syrian civil war as members of a foreign terrorist organisation”. He said there were “no immediate indications that a concrete attack was planned” but declined to give any further details.

Two houses in the village are used to house Syrian refugees, but among the opponents of the Assad regime living there SPIEGEL TV tracked down a suspected commander of the Islamic State terror group after tip offs from other Syrian activists. They had identified him as a man called Bassam, a notorious commander said to be responsible for the deaths of dozens of people.

A 32-year-old man, he allegedly fought in the ranks of Islamic State fighters in the eastern Syrian city of Deir ez-Zor before leaving via Turkey to seek asylum in Germany. Starting his fighting career with rebel jihadists in Al Kasra, the man in question is understood to have joined Sunni Islamist militias fighting the Syrian Government as part of the al-Qaeda affiliated al-Nusra Front, before graduating to the even more extreme Salafi jihadists of Islamic State.

His original ambition had been to be a suicide bomber, but his brother had used his position as a Sharia judge to secure him his officer’s role. In late summer last year Bassam was captured at a checkpoint north of Aleppo by Free Syrian Army soldiers following intelligence that he was fleeing to Turkey with tens of thousands of dollars in cash. For reasons unknown he was released after 20 days, with a memory card for a telephone holding masses of Islamic State propaganda but without his money.

Incredibly, German security services were said to have been oblivious to his presence in Germany since last autumn until SPIEGEL TV’s research alerted them to it.

For his part Bassam denies ever being an Islamic State fighter, and says he has nothing more to do with his brother. He also claims to have no idea why he was captured by soldiers from the Free Syrian Army.

For now he wants to concentrate on his professional future, telling SPIEGEL TV: “I want to learn German and work as a cook.”

As Breitbart London recently reported, German security forces have received more than 100 tip-offs that Islamic State fighters may be hiding among migrants currently staying in the country.

What does the future hold with these nutters around?
