The great news...

with regards to 7's is that Werner Kok, Frankie Horne and Justin Geduld will be making an appearance at an invitational tournament prior to the Rio Olympics. Their presence is sure to add further substance to an already brilliant side.

That is awesome news....I was trying to pick the best 12 for the Olympic squad....its a nightmare.
Here is my go at it:
Agaba, Kankowski, Dry, Kwagga Smith, Bronco du Preez, Speckman, Geduld, Afrika, Kok, Senatla and Kolbe.
Meaning I had to leave Hougaard, Brown, Nel, Horne and de Jongh out. My squad is probably a forward light but I could not leave Kolbe out for Brown for instance. Kok would have to double as a forward if need be.
I don't rate Snyman, Dippenaar or Sage 

 Kok has the X factor and I'll go to war with Frankie Horne, the man is highly underrated.Not sure if Afrika is needed if fielding playmakers Branco and Specman? Liked what I saw in De Jongh, I think he brings a bit of edge to the attack with some straight running. Brown is a tireless worker and solid in defence, not sure if he could be left out. Glad I don't have to pick the squad!
