The Prop playing for the Cheetahs at Flyhalf.

Not sure what is happening here, but I thought I saw a prop playing flyhalf for the Cheetas. Is he considered a permanent solution. 

 I thought he was a hooker. If they can get him fit and slimmed down, he can be quie good.
