Tongan Thor suspended for two weeks for headbutt.

...i see this Reds player is very popular with fantasy football managers..after yesterday caution may be advised given his yellow carding for a head high ... and now also a post game citing for a head butt on Messam...
Tupou has been suspended from all forms of the game for two weeks up to and including Saturday, February 25, 2017.

"The judicial officer determined the event was a red card event. Tupou accepted a head contact occurred.

"The decision was a lower entry level (four weeks), discounted 50% for an unblemished playing record and extenuating circumastances in the incident, hence two weeks.''

The incident happened seconds after 20-year-old Tupou bumped off Messam, who had come in for a tackle.

Video footage from the game shows a bit of a scuffle - in which Messam can be seen collaring Tupou.

Tupou responds with a head-butt. 

 And so his education begins.

 ...slight attitude problem there...but anyone named Tupou is related to the monarchy in Tonga so the Tongan prince probably thinks he's above all the rules of rugby...

 So it goes on and on and on and on. Just ban all Pacific Islanders oaks and nz. This has to happen in order to elevate the game back to its noble heritage as so wonderfully exhibited by the mighty Boks before isolation.  
Those were the days when nobody really took much notice of the bent wee abs! The rightful rulers of world were enthroned. and class was ensconced. 

 It will be interesting to watch his development as he has speed and coordination for a big man but in Super rugby he will be playing with players who are far above those he has played with in school, etc. Let's see how he adjust & let's see how the coaches bring him along - including his attitude.

 ...i see they're talking about adding two more teams next year,,,possibly Fiji and a team from England......the Blue Bulls did'nt embarrass themselves either making the quarter finals..wether they come back next year or another SA franchise is the question... i guess the Saffas will have to fight it out amongst themselves for rep honours...

 I hope the 10s develops & grows. It would be good to see Fiji included.
Beeno, it's best not to live in the dark past, look to the light. The only dark worth considering is the All Blacks shadow & the only way to get away from that is to re-submit your application for being a supporter. I am sure your application will be given the consideration it deserves
