Already stated many times, from a much smaller pool of trainees, the north has done a much better work at training black skinned rugby players. If the memory falls short, time may be spent on refreshing it. The matter of fact, they are talented black skinned players in the north, there is not. There is none from SA. Not a single one.
Better to admit the problem and not trying to dilute in white thing non sense as there are white skinned people in Europe too. In fact, this is where they come from.

Who cares. It is about rugby. Blaming the local population is non sense. The lack of rugby in SA has not changed. SA has always mixed politics with rugby and all their rugby teams have always been an insult on rugby. Always been an antithesis to rugby, always been a negation of rugby.
Being white skinned never means submitting to any drivel uttered by another white skinned person. Just as there were no quota policy, the lack of rugby as exhibited by SA teams does not fall on the local populations. It comes from the previous era.
Admittedly, they have failed to change it but well, they have inherited the situation. Unless they get rid of the source, go and learn to play rugby elsewhere and come back to at last get SA to play rugby, it is unlikely to change.

Thhe defining feature of All Black rugby isn't in how they use their backs, but their forwards. Especially their locks. The All Blacks use their forward pods like its own midfield, with the backs an extension of that. The Boks use their forwards as a screen or one-off runners. RG gives us more, so too Dan. Lood is a 1940s kind of lock. Not even good at the physical stuff.
