Damian Willemse from WP /  Paul Roos Gymnasium, Stellenbosch

This kid has real potential to be world class. He's an outstanding play maker. Great off-loader and stepper. Looking forward to seeing how he develops. I Hope he is considered for the Junior boks.

He looks good although it is hard to tell at Junior Level where defences are less organised. Timo Swiel looked great at junior level- but was just ok at SuperXV. 
Willmense at least already looks tall and big- and still has a step. Swiel like others before him seem to lose his dynamism after bulking up. 

 Sh! t! When last did WP produce AND field a proper 10? Really hoping he comes through in the longer run AND Kleintjie Carel (Jean-Luc) can also burst onto the scene. ..this year already!

Hope he's not off to France or Japan ne xt year either .

True the defence are less organised at this level
however he was up against the top schools in these clips
as well as a strong Australian side which is the green team. 
The SANIX youth tournament is competitively tough for any
youngster. Not a weak comp by any means.

Willemse is a very special player. Wouldn't be a bad inside centre
also though its important that he stays in the position where he's 
most comfortable as opposed to being forced elsewhere. Willemse 
and Robert du Preez looks like the future Stormers fly half's for years
to come. I really hope they don't sign to other clubs as I am a WP
 / Stormers supporter.

 This guy has huge potential and I think he is one to watch out for in future.    I am optimistic that he will make the big league in time to come.
