A prediction is what someone thinks will happen. A prediction is a forecast, but not only about the weather. Pre means “before” and “diction” has to do with talking. So a prediction is a statement about the future. It’s a guess, sometimes based on facts or evidence, but not always.
"Yep, the World side is better than the Bok side so my money would be on the World side."
Based on your opinion that the World side is better than the Bok side, you made the prediction that the World side will win. That is what "my money would be on the World side" means. It means you think they will win. That is what you thought would happen. That is a prediction.
But do keep squirming. It's quite funny.

Moffie as I said at the start there was only one question to ask......did I predict a loss by the Boks against the world 15....Given the answer is NO your verdict is about a credible as your take on rugby.
There is of course a way to settle this.....just provide the missing evidence and all will be well in moffie land.

So we don't even have to rely on the "put my money" bit. I say he is predicting a World win...he says "yep".
