So we've seen a lot of movement, thought it might be of interest to everyone.
SA has finally raised the salary cap even though SA rugby is just a little in the red after only being able to have 2 test at home this season.
SA teams still bring a lot of viewers in and in almost all of the 10 viewed games or attendance, SA teams feature the most.

A lot of URC see are dumping their SA players, so I'm expecting to see an influx of journeyman making their way back home as most teams are still struggling to recover from COVID. English Premier League already had 3 teams going into administration and the famous Leicester Tigers are on the brink of collapse.
Wales and Italy are another country who is off loading a lot of players.
As for the Irish, Leinster is the only team not brining any new players in, rather a lot of players from all ages are leaving.
It just show Leinster has a healthy conveyer belt of talent coming through.
Definitely lessons to be learned in how to manager your talent and keep your best players at your union for the lifetime of their careers. Although, not every team can be number 1. Just as the Auckland blues were the best team for many decades, they are only now starting to come back but with many false starts.
Bulls are bringing a lot of players home and it is good to see the Stormers are trying to bring back their home grown players.
Just imagine if the Bulls could get some of their talent back like Serfontein and Kriel, along with Pollard. Then you have the exciting outside backs of Moodie, Arendse and Le Roux. Jason Jenkins, Wilco Louw en Grobbler in the engine room.
So hope the SA franchises can take a page from Leinster.
