Sadly we don't use bats in rugby, it is his hands you should be worried about dropped two catches.

Fortunately the rugby ball is a little bigger....easier for Victor to spot.

What a joke this one is - Victor buggered up badly in fielding missing three catches - but suddenlyhe was the ebst player.
Let me explain something the useless old fart ignore.  Both Le Roux and De Allende took three wickets each - so what is better taking 6 wickets or making 24 runs - missingthree catches?

....and Alberts rips 24 at a strike rate of 342.5, highest in the game. Hahaha, Victor and Alberts show their superb ball talent.

Not the greatest rugby player on Earth, that's probably McCaw. But Victor does have a MOM in the RWC final....still , it was only against the Poms.

It was a fun game. All the Protea bowlers of course bowled slow medium pacers from 3 or 4 step run ups. The first time Rabada pushed a ball through at around 120kph he clean bowled James, who looked solid until then.

Victor was impressive though, Liebenberg also gave it a good whack until Craig Joubert gave him out LBW. Pollard hit a beautiful straight drive over the bowler's head before getting out. Hougaard is a classic hit and miss slogger. Serfontein looked a very handy batsman, working the ball around nicely. He's definitely played more than a bit of cricket before. Alberts, well, when he connects it disappears.

If being good at cricket is the standard for being a Bok now, maybe we should get Hash and AB in the box?
