Lood was MOM? You can't be serious. I suppose being physically dominated is the flavour of the day. Damian and Lood struggled. The latter slow and clumsy in contact. Falls into contact, flops onto rucks from every angle, like McCaw used to do. The Bok's answer to the sloth.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, there is no-one . . . and I mean no-one . . . who knows less about rugby on this forum than Omlett.

Even Baboon-ou has more of a clue than Omlett.

The Org is making ou rooitwit look good. It's that bad.

The Org is fast becoming the rugby boards arch buffoon and doing ou rooitwit out of a position held for many years now.

Hahahahahaha.

Orhanhuffer has no clue these days. He and mozzz have lost their minds.

One can't imagine what nonsense they will come up with next.

Obliterating the plastics with such ease it isn't even fun anymore. Of course, if you think Lood performed exceptionally well, recount something positive. Shall we start with his fumble of our first lineout at 1:05? He had a few good moments. There was the quick tackle on the Puma carrier after their lineout which they couldn't recover from, he had a strong tackle in second half and there was the won lineout. He was beaten himself though (44:46) . What was the rest? He is stationed in the middle of the field where he has players running at him. He soaked up runs with plenty of support, which looks quite bust, but isn't being dominant. He was twice run over, and there were plenty of carries which didn't go anywhere. Had to have Orie drive him forward several times. I gave him a 6 for an average day at the office.

As for best player on the day? How about Marx harassing the Pumas at the breakdown? He won a few penalties and turnovers and severely frustrated them on key phases. This went a very long way to taking the sting out of their superior attack. Marx was also very strong on defence, easily handling the Pumas without support. I mean forceful hits. This was Marx' best game in a long, long time. Then there was Wiese, who was by far the Bok's best chance at getting over the gainline, and did so effortlessly. He was very solid, and is going from strength-to-strength in all phases of play. van Rensburg was the talk of the game though. He was monstrous when he came on. His physicality and accuracy were very impressive. A big man, but mobile too. Put in massive hits, and was very formidable at the breakdown. Won a penalty and smashed the ruck ferociously. To be honest, I have not seen a Bok lock hit the rucks like that since Bakkies.

No, Lood was no significant contributor. In the opening five minutes, Am carries out wide, Lood is the designated cleaner, but is so slow to get to the ruck we concede the turnover deep in Puma territory. Opportunity lost. In the 4th and 47th minutes Lood is run over, the latter point by Lavanini. Sure, MOM.

Old dumb fuck omelette makes his name mud one more time 5 Lood de Jager 8: He produced an outstanding performance in his milestone 50th Test. Put in a massive defensive shift and was all over the park. Well deserved Man of the Match. Lood de Jager 8 On his 50th Test appearance, De Jager was a towering presence for the Springboks. He often does the work that goes unnoticed, but as the architect of the Boks’ lineout, he again reigned supreme at this set piece (six lineouts won, and one stolen). The big man completed seven carries, 15 metres and racked up 14 tackles (the most of any Springbok) with a 100% success rate.

You have produced nothing to justify the praise. I've referenced what little he did well and also referenced that which he didn't. The negatives far outweighed the positives. His contributions were far less integral to the Bok cause. That's not an opinion, that's a fact. I'm sure if Mostert needed Orie to add driving power to his runs you'd been having a field day. Or run over twice, one by his opposite number! You're an embarrassment as always. Go home old man and do something constructive. Like sucking on some Werthers whilst sagging in your rocking chair, blissfully wallowing in amended memories of your youthful greatness.

Yes he called himself in the lineout every time and made sure he had the Dud Toit position to do all the process tackles. Meaningless…but he did prove Dud Toit is no loss.

Shit is calling line-outs still applicable - there is zero signs it is.   Before every line-out there is a brief discussion  without the hooker and then after the discussion normally the no 1 prop  comes to inform the hooker of where the ball should go.

I have not seen one case where the number 5 lock shout out the instructions since Erasmus and Nie4naber took over. so what calling are you talking about?     In fact the system allows for inputs of 7 of the 8 forwards to be involved in the process - so who is "calling the line-outs"?

Thick as mud when it comes to rugby issues.  Incidentally the Lions and other international teams does the same nowadays anyway.     Please update what is really happening before writing BS no site.

Omelette you could never ever reference anything credible when it comes to rugby As Rooi correctly points out you are the most ignorant rugby follower we have ever come across You seem to thrive on being told how useless you are Sadistic springs to mind Lood was fantastic as he always is Proving yet again how superior he is to Mostert at lock Mostert at 7 is proving a disaster as well - the guy is awol when it comes to the primary functions of a blindside Zero physicality, nothing with ball in hand in traffic Just the odd line out take and low centre like tackles The bloke is a liability at test level

Incorrect. Dame Omlett likes to throw stones from behind a fence, that's her style. When you and her, as well as Lügnerin are pressed for information you fold like a deck of cards in an earthquake. You've simply got nothing. Dame Omlett should stick to fantasy rugby where she belongs, anything more is too much of a stretch. She always runs away with tail tucked into herself when challenged on any topic. Lügnerin is just utterly hopeless and relies on the lie. You are a little sprog swatting at thin air. A windgat.

Lood was poor. I've exposed it, and you can't refute a damn thing. Hopelessly embarrassing.
