That performance was very encouraging considering the players we had missing. But more than anything we are eventually looking to attack space, moving away from the predictable crash bash and sending the ball skyward. We have the pack to bully the opposition so it makes perfect sense to unleash the creativity of Willemse, Willie, Kolbe and Arendse. Things will even get better when you add Am back into the equation. We needed that victory to reaffirm we are heading in the right direction. A loss would have magnified the losses to Ireland and France, games we should have won and had us facing more questions than answers leading up to the WC.

What do we do about the Roos/Wiese conundrum? It seems people like Roos more than Wiese…most still seeing Wiese as one-dimensional. I think he’s been playing within himself in the handful of chances he’s gotten and perhaps that play is into people’s view of him. For me, Wiese and Roos are two standout finds that would probably walk into most other tests sides. And i think both should be starting.

The Boks haven't done very much different to previous seasons. We've always been and to run at open space. A few little gimmicks here and there from Erasmus which never work.

Poor lame ou trying to make out that the Boks haven't come a long way this tour with regards to attacking Rugby. Time Alucard admitted he is back.

Saffex is 100 percent correct.

Some really good stand out moments in the game for me.

Why is no one talking about Willemse two drop goals?!

That put a lot of pressure on England and showed that we can score points from any position. Even if the defence is hard to breach.

Flab Malherbe had a great game and had to do more than just 40 min thanks to dumb tank du Toit. Could have been worse if we weren't ahead.

Mpimpi doesn't offer much on attack at all. Nuisance chasing kicks and putting catchers off. Okay on defence, couple of good spot tackles but super risky.

This was very uncharacteristic of the the Eddie English attacks, had loads of overlaps but when the ball made its way back I was all forwards.

To me Willie has probably been the most consistent all season and the big difference. Maybe having Willemse, Arendse and Moody that can cover 15 have taken the pressure off him and now he just enjoys playing like he did for the Cheetahs.

I'm not sure what our backline should look like at the moment because who will play 10 at the Stormers. Libbok is the for 10. Willemse has great value but not as tactical as Libbok .

Who knows

But we never have to see Jantjies again as well as the 9 Jantjies, Herschel.

But the biggest moment for me was seeing Marcus Smith completely out played and had to limp off. One player I can't stand, box of tricks and very cocky. Will they bring Ford back? I think they should

Actually Jantjies was very good for the Stormers on Friday he has gone back to basics - too good a player to give up on I was very impressed with him - the hesitation had gone, he was sharp and effective

At the moment, the half back situation is a mess. I can recall a time where we had so little quality or consistency in either position simultaneously. Faf is not test material. Hendrickse is by far the better player, so too Reinach. It seems that Erasmus is growing desperate and pulling his little group of trusted players closer to the fold. These are perilous times, and we go into a WC year with more questions than answers.

Crap it’s not a mess, Faf is back to his best making one of the best 9’s in the game Pollard will be back at 10 with Libbok proving a handy back up and Willemse able to do the job. Then there is the very gifted Sacha We have 9’s to burn - Faf, Hendrikse, Jantjies, Papier, Williams, v/Zyl, , Zak Burger and Morne vd Bergh. Reinach is not done yet

Hendrickse was the find of the season. Faf has looked awful. Reinach yes, the rest are mere names to pad out a list. Pollard hasn't had a solid test in a few years. Libbok, there are questions there. He should have started the England game. We learned precious little about him on tour.

Utter shit Faf has been outstanding Back to his WC best - snuffing out the English attack at every turn, speed to the breakdown and a nice crisp service Faf is a class act, vast improvement on Hendrikse who is yet to set the world alight at test level - has the potential, I’ve seen it at the Sharks

Faf has always had very poor skills. If every team plays as badly as England did, sure, you can carry a jersey filler like Faf. It's not likely though.

You are seriously rugby ignorant and I mean that and utterly boring. Comes from living in isolation in the sand I guess?
