What I am saying, Denny is that winning is the secondary goal. I agree that Coetzee could choose any team and lose. 

The primary goal is transformation- so Coetzee gets to stay because he has chosen a squad that is more transformed than before.  
Some are getting fewer caps over the last few tests..
Coetzee is on paper one of the best coaches in South Africa.
On results- it is clear that Meyer, Jake White, and a few others are much better coaches at getting results.
So, on performance Coetzee should be fired. 

 The corrupt Government will step in to protect Coetzee and blame the White racist players for the present scenario.    The old story - we are going down the drain as a country because of a disastrous Government  why should rugby be any different.
Since soccer is a disaster in SA - why not take rugby down to that level as well?

 Yes ... it is true that the quota is being blamed for the pathetic Bok season ... and so they should be. Players like Beast, Bongi, Mohoje, Paige, De Allende, De Jongh, Mapoe, Jantjies and Habana are not worthy of Bok colours. 
If you differ with me on any of the above list, tell me why.

We have players of colour that in my opinion are skilled enough to be selected on merit ... however their numbers are limited to but a handful. Players like Ulengo and Marutllule are top of the line candidates for Bok stardom. I would have no issue selecting them to the starting 15 ... or at least to the bench as a weapon for later on in the match.
Our quota coach doesn't have his finger on the pulse of South African rugby AT ALL. 
He doesn't know who the stars are. He's probably never even heard of Marutllule. 
Thing is though, he doesn't have a clue who the white stars are either. Players like Willie Le Roux, Jesse Kriel, Franscois Louw, Willem Alberts, Lood De Jager, Adriaan Strauss and Adriaanse are all players not worthy of Bok colours. There are a host of better players more deserving for national duty ... and he's ignored them all. That's his ignorance. 
Excluding guys like Janse van Rensburg and Marx from the starting 15 is a travesty. 
Refusing to give guys like Goosen a shot at 10 is beyond my understanding ... especially when we've seen Jantjies fail match after match. 
Lambie has struggled since his return so what do we have to lose by trying Goosen out? Nothing. He may just surprise us all. 
It's a mixed bag. Selections as a whole have played their part across the colour line. 
Pointing one's finger at the quota only is unfair. They've definitely played their part ... but so have most of the whites ... and the common denominator is ...................Allister Coetzee.

What a ridiculous thread this is! No person who has any self respect should offer his services to the race based SA Rugby. Bok's and SA Rugby generally will never achieve their potential until the racist anc is kicked out of rugby.I wonder is any self respecting coach could accept such a disgusting appointment beholden to enforcing racial quotas in players and staff - unless of course he is a disreputable  - hahahahahahahahahahaha
