Why is Beeno absent from site?

he has not made any contributions since early December 2021 and even though he wrote a lot of tripe as well I do not like members absence from site and wonder what happened to him.     

Been-0u is a great contributor to the fun on this site. I’m hoping all is well and he just has better things to do. Likewise with Rooinek who has been gone for ages. These polarizing characters add energy to the Board….I’ve been missing them.

Our different views and posting make this site what it is.

Trust all is well with the posters mentioned and that the rest of

 us also stay well.

These times are tough and many friends of old are silently slipping away never to return.

Dude, that's not the wisest thing to do, but it's possible that you can arrange that even if you're not in town. I'm just having fun. What does it matter what I think anyway?

Ja, Beeno normally takes a holiday in January, I think he goes to Kleinmond/Hermanus but this is now February.

Have any of you guys who  live in the Cape know how to contact Beeno...it's very unusual for him to be absent for such a long time and not popping up ie when one of his Stormers hero, Eben Etzebeth joins the Sharks...he would by nature have a lot to say about this.

I think that Admin have a policy to protect posters private details but yes if the Editor is willing to do that I would be glad to email him to find out how he is.

Beeno is a good-hearted man although somewhat contraversi al I'm sure most of us are concerned about him.

Seb, I sent a message on his LinkedIn account, but I did the same last time he was absent for a while, also without response. I don't think that account is active.

It's just a pity that none have his contact details...but I think some know his employment address...I know he's a CA. 

Ed - have you any idea what is going on with Beeno - a lot of the members are worried about his absence from the site.    Can you not find out what happened as to his absence from the site.

He's retired. 

I have some old e mails from Beeno, we corresponded briefly a few years back. I have tried raising him but it’s come back as an inactive address. It may have been inactive for some time though, so I don’t read anything into that, but unfortunately it’s  another dead end.

Maybe we could ask Editor if he would not mind if he himself could privately drop Beeno a line and just confirm that he is alright ?

Try the voters role in the Cape Town metropolitan area -  maybe that would help.   

Google white pages South Africa...if you know his surmame and initial sometimes it's there if you have landline...not many do but older houses usually keep them.

Baboon-ou now identifies as a woman. He will return to the forum but only if we all promise not to tease him about his new gender preference and if we call him Beenette.

I'll agree to these terms if everyone else does.

A few of us: Beeno, Ceradyne, Saffex, Moz, Becs, Rooinek and I were members of a chat forum called SASupersupporter. The moderator was Barlee, but the forum is inactive now (I think so!)

I don't know how to contact Barlee because that might have been a way to get in touch with Beeno.

That's just it, you don't really know him at all...and what an absolute horrible thing to say...with absolutely no proof to back up your assumptions. You should have yourself checked out...something seriously wrong with how you perceive people and the world around you.

Psychopathic hatred on those that differ. Seems to get worse day by day. There were those who genuinely wished him well on his absence, even Moz but to no avail. Got no feelings for his fellow man.  A nasty man.
