World XV vs All Blacks

It would be good to see a World XV play the All Blacks in a 3 test series on good pitches in the Southern Hemisphere. 
Not the amateur ragtag group of Barbarians, but the best current players in all positions except NZ. 

The only way to beat the All Blacks is to smash their forwards- and hope the backs get less ball. 

 Okay things are slow so I'll take a shot at a non NZ world team...

 Such a team will surely lose. It takes time for a team to become a team. A true team, where the team is better than the sum of the individuals. A team like the All Blacks is more than the sum of the players. There is a group identity and tradition that cannot be coached or created. The Lions come close, but they have a long tour to bond and gel as a team, not enough to really become a team, but better than a rag tag quick fix. Cricket tried this against the Great Ozzie team a few years ago and it did not work like intended. This is also why the Windies seems to struggle a bit in recent years.
No vel Idea, but the execution will be very difficult.

 Draad the very fact that the Windies were once at the pinnacle still amazes me ,but I guess it takes  guys like Clive Lloyd and his second in command Vivian Richards holding them together for success eh ?

I agree Draad. That's why a North/South game would be more competitive. We would host it in Chicago...this year we have NZ vs Ireland. It's kind of a home game for the Irish...there are probably more Irishmen in Chicago than in Dublin!

 Less sport were played back then, and all national teams were only put together for short periods.  With the amount of rugby and cricket played these days, players see their team mates more than their family and strife in team setup can be devastating. ..almost like the impact divorce and death have on a family.
