This is a great website that helps automate both spelling and grammar. I have been using it for work- and it is also improving my writing (especially really quick writing). It works inside a web browser- like here on the ruckers forum.
It has a free account. I use the paid account- but the free account is also really handy. 
Not to overgeneralize. South Africans speak well verbally, but sometimes our written communications is not the best. 
This makes changes inside the web browser- so no need for Microsoft Word- not that many of us use Microsoft Word! .Just hover over a word or sentence in the Ruckersforum- or in most web pages and it automatically suggest improvements to both spelling grammar!

 If you download it- it works with Google Chrome- (probably the other browsers as well). 
The free edition- has lots of the functionality. It automatically suggests improvements on pretty much any page on the internet that you browse. (both spelling and grammer)
