I have read articles over the last few months that scientists expect some Corona vaccines will work "better" as a therapeutic vaccine (after sometimes tests positive for a virus).
Others will work better as a preventive vaccine for mass vaccination. (prophylactic vaccine)

Anyway, you misunderstood what early immune response means. It doesn't mean to detect infection early. It refers to how the immune system responds in the early stages of infection.
Children’s immune systems seem to have a better early immune response to the virus, while adults have a better later response. And that good initial immune response might be enough to avoid the respiratory distress that comes later, said researchers.
Children also are less likely to overreact to the virus, although the reasons are not clear. It is that overreaction, more common in adults, that leads to trouble breathing and can put someone on ventilator.

Well it’s an interesting concept.....but I can’t find any reference to a therapeutic use for the Covid vaccines. Not saying it’s not possible, but I’d appreciate a link.

Apparently, Trump is now going to be treated using Dexamethasone. How bad must America be at dealing with the virus they are only going to treat him with it now? So much misinformation and politics have compromised their efforts.
I suggested Dexamethasone on October 2nd on this very thread. "Dexamethasone has been the preferred option if things get severe. " He already had breathing problems at that time and was given oxygen.

Dexamethasone is a steroid that has been around for ages.
However, Dexamethasone was identified as a treatment to the Coronavirus in the UK.
It has by far the best treatment against the virus so far, and saves over 33% of people that are bad enough to require a ventilator. Naturally taking it before you have to go onto a ventilator saves even more.
This drug stops the human immune system killing its body. When someone is really sick from Corona, the bodies immune system can confuse Corona with the body. So it does not really treat Corona directly, it just stops the body killing itself- by suppressing the immune system, and thereby giving the body more time to beat the virus, or for the virus itself to die.
