You have issues with the length of time E Jean Carrol took to go public with her accusations against Trump which you believe is not something a sexual assault victim would normally do but you have no issues with the fact that probably a greater length of time has passed since the potential abuse of Ashely Biden occurred and she hasn't pressed any charges against anyone or even intentional gone public with the claim.

I normally don't indulge in tabloid gutter trash but I know there has been several video's and photo's of Biden edited or taken out of context. For example one video was digital edited to insert a sniffing sound. Another video claimed Biden was kissing a random little kid on the head when it was his granddaughter, another video claimed Biden was inappropriately holding a women but the women herself came out afterward and said this wasn't true. That's not to say I've seen or read every allegation but if there is any truth to the claims that Biden is a sexual creep people pushing out fakes only serve to undermine it, but what can we except from the side that pushed the Hilary paedophile ring claim.

Now I am aware that several women have said Biden made them uncomfortable when he was vice President. Biden himself has acknowledge he comes from a generation where being up-close and personal was more acceptable but that social norms have changed and that's no longer acceptable and that he would try to change his habits.

As was the framing of Snopes changing its verification status on its Ashely Biden diary fact check.

That the best you could come up with. Again a lot of this is stretching and people seeing what they want to see. The sniffing claims are dubious, the first looks like he's just whispering to the girl, the second two are him kissing the tops of the head. The first grouping claim is stretching it, he clear just his hand on her shoulder, the second looks like he's rubbing the girls chin, which I suppose you could look at as a little odd but its hard to argue its sexual in nature. As for the kisses yes it was clear the two girls didn't want to be kissed or where embarrassed about it but their reaction reminds me of my own when I had elderly female relatives do the same to me when I was a kid, just one of embarrassment but something I would have forgot about 10 seconds later.

Also since you believe this is good solid evidence of a Biden grouping and acting inappropriately to children as opposed to video indication the actions of a well intentioned by overly touchy feely person, why haven't any of the parents complained or brought charges against Biden?

The truth is, if Trump was the subject of a similar revelation by his daughter, every person on  here deflecting for Biden, would be  affirming Trump’s likely guilt. Of that I have not one ounce of doubt.

 Can you please enlighten us on those two juries,   As the case of sexual tansgressions was not the issue there were n juries involved,   In the Washington case there was never any proven case of sexual nature and the claim was  the claimant be libelled by Trump.   In civil cases suchh as he sexual one he issue was the judge found  Trump libelled the claimant - not that he had sex with her.   The James case was also not brought as a judicial case - but as a civil case - so there was no jury either.  

So the Court ruled against Trump on civil cases - not criminal cases.     In such cases th e normal appeal processes are allowed an the ases was so wak - the federal courts will not accept the BS used.     Daniels n fact was trying to prove a real criminal  case i and she could not prove that Trump actually had sexual intercourse with her - and the Court ruled that she has to cover the legal expenses running  to circa  $500 000 to Trump.   She has not paid that fine yet and swore before her evidence by the NY court   she would not pay  Trump the circa $500 000 to cover Trumps legal expenses,     In a normal judicial system that refual would le ad to criminal charges be aid against her - but the Justice Dpartment will not charge her with her actions.   Not as long she is useful to the Demcorats. 

In any cases of a civil nature as decided on is on appeal because of various court irregularities  and has no chance of success in a  federal court.   A  person is not guilty of any crimes until appeal processes as been finalized.

Barr obviously also realize that the Mar-El-Largo raid resulted in various illegal consequences like documents they took from Trump's home vanished when in their possession and the famous photo of  classified documents lying on the floor n the storeroom at Mar-El Lago was fraudulent as well.    

The threat the Justice Departmet and FBI and the bureaucracy pose to Democracy in the USA through politiziing the Federal Public Service in  the USA.   Under Biden the bureaucracy issued regulations contraveing the Constitution as to the separation of powers - the foundation stone of democracy.     The bureaucracy is ruining the country by endless reguilatiosn they concoct - thus taking over the fucntions of Congress to legislate by passing laws and in most cases undermine fuctioning of State Departments in terms of the Constitutional fucntioning of indivudual states  responsibbilities,

I have overs the year brought up my disdain for UK media outlets and in particularly have a beef with Daily Express in the UK, the most Brexity of the UK newspapers. They are by far and away the absolute worst for printing misleading headlines about the EU, even if the article that followed was actually reasonably accurate. The Daily Mail is almost as bad. Its just ironic after you quite rightly pointed out the issue with the misleading headlines levelled against Trump over his bloodbath comments regarding the automotive industry that you reference a source that frequently does the same.
