Really where did I put them all in one group. I think many people will vote for Trump with considerably discomfort but they are doing so out of loyalty to Republicanism or its simply the way they have always voted, its their background and what they have been brought up to believe (that applies to Democrat voters as well). Each side also has a fear of the other side and that fear has long existed before Trump was a thing. I also think a fair chunk of Republican congressmen and senators really don't like Trump to outright despising him but are simply going along with supporting him because they don't believe they can win without him.

Let compare Biden and Trump

Biden showered with this daughter on at least more than one occasion. I consider that inappropriate behaviour as do most people. However this is not a crime and his daughter has not sought to press charges against him for any form of abuse. On the contrary his daughter seems to be on very good terms with him.

Biden is alleged to have behaved inappropriately around children in a sexual manner. The footage presented to back up this claim proves no such thing its simply a case of opponents of Joe Biden seeing what they want to see. And not matter how outraged you act or now many times you want to call my morals into question that doesn't change the facts. No parent of the children involved has come forward to press charges or even complained about Biden's behaviour.

7 women have come forward and claimed Biden's behaviour around them made them uncomfortable but none of them felt is amounted to sexual assault or pressed charges. Biden  apologised for that behaviour.

One women claimed Biden did sexually assault her. But no charges where ever pressed. The credibility of this women's claims is under question. She had motive to be angry with the Biden campaign and where the alleged assault took place was in an a very public place where it would of been very unlikely for such an assault not to have been noticed, yet no witnesses verified her story. There is several other potential issues with her allegations. There is also the fact that subsequently the women by her own admission had defected to Russia.

Now lets look at Trump

Trump is on record as having made an extremely sexist comment regarding women.

There has been at least 25 women since the 1970's who have accused Trump of various form of sexual inappropriateness/abuse towards them. I haven't really looked into these claims so I have no idea how credible these accusations are.

He was convicted in a civil court of sexual assaulting a women. The judge clarified that while Trump was found guilty of sexual assault, in the colloquially sense Trump raped the women.

Just to underline the point.

And this is the man you have repeatedly defended by questioning the legitimacy of his conviction. For someone that proclaims to be so outraged when it comes to the potential sexual abuse of children, you take a position that Trump should not have been convicted without physical evidence or on testimony alone, yet  seem to be completely unaware that if that was the position the law had to take then thousands of child sex offenders would never have been convicted.

Of course not. It depends on the situation. For example if confidential documents came to light of say corporate wrong doing or illegal activity then absolutely that should be able to be used to launch court proceedings. But you can't start criminal or civil proceedings if their isn't a law been broken or in the case of sexual abuse you can't charge someone if no one has pressed charges against them. You are of course entitled to an opinion as is everyone but that doesn't have any bearing on the law.

If she told me there was something to this and she felt like she wanted to pursue the matter legally she would have my full support. If she told me there was nothing much too it and she rather just move on, I'd respect that. If she told me that there was something too it but she rather not talk about it, doesn't feel like she can talk about it now or wants to move on I'd respect her decision and I tell her I'd always be there to support her if that ever changes her mind about that.

In the last two situations what I'd absolutely not do is go against her wishes and go public with the information,  leading to whole media frenzy and endless gossip around her, having details of her sex life go public etc and have her repeatedly retraumatized.

I'd put my daughters well being first at all times. I wouldn't put my anger first. I wouldn't use her to hurt other people.

In September 2023 the D emocrat leadership had a meeting and did not announce the decisions taken - but a fter the emeting  they made a statement that they have a strfategy how to beat Trump.  

The strategy apparently had nothing to do with the Bidedn Administration - but concentrate on trying  to attack Trump by various means and no diffense on what the Democrats had been up to about and was in polls rejected by the vasst majority of the voters.

What was exposed since -

*     has been criminal charges against Trump concocted by the WH Lawyers, the Justice  Department  and supported by the FBI as their means of getting Biden re-elected - but th e charges became a farce thus far - none of it had any legal basis;;

*    an  effortg to not allow to run in the election at all - rejeccted by the Supreme Court as BS;

*     protect Hunter Biden from being charged with crimes and when he was the WH layers and the Justice  Department was a plan to get the case setted without a trial by a fake Admission of Guilt - which entailed no real punishmen for his crimes andprevcenting Hunter being investigated for hsi real crimes - the court rejecting it as BS.

Whatever evidence they might have against Trump was judiciously destroyed by the conduct of  the Biden Administration. ;

He has been charged, but he hasn't been convicted or acquitted yet. Trump was charged in August last year but there has been numerous delays in him going to trial, mostly due the question of whether Trump has Presidential Immunity.  In February the Judge for this trial said he would not schedule the trial until the question of Presidential Immunity was answered. In February the DC Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Trump did not have Presidential Immunity, Trumps lawyers subsequently appealed this decision to the Supreme Court  who ruled this month that American President's do have immunity when it comes to Presidential official acts.

But this leaves open the question of what does and doesn't constitute an official act. As a result the case gets referred back to the lower courts who have to decide whether or not Trump's action relating to January 6th amounted to an official act or not. 

Assuming that the lower courts do decide that Trump's actions did not constitute an official act on January 6th and the trial should proceed. Well guess what. Trump's likely to appeal that decision to the Supreme Court as well. Causing further delays. And this is what Trump is likely to do for all the other charges he's facing as well, because no one has defined what is or isn't an official act. Its even resulted in a delay in sentencing Trump on his conviction over the Stormy Daniels hush money payments. His reimbursement to Michael Cohen for the pay off occurred while he was President.

The up shot of this that there is zero chance now that any trial's will proceed before the election in November and assuming Trump win's the election, in theory he can pardon himself from all these charges.

Horse manure? Its not the law's fault Trump appears to have committed so many different offenses. They have charged with a very serious charge, but he's and his legal time are gaming (legally I'll add) the system to delay legal proceedings for as long as possible ideally from Trump's perspective to win back the Presidency and make all the charges go away.

Then the charges on  the January 6 incident was based on what the Pelosi Committee came up with and then destroyed the information provided to them.   The bottom also fell out of the charges when a proper legal investgtion was done by the House so thus far the case has fizzled out and he Pelosi sideshow came out as a real farce.   They even spent millions on getting  Hollywood help on that one.

The charge against Trump on the official documents issue went sour as well - since the FBI themselves would not provide all the documents to the court - they took 32 boxes of documents and only returned 21 boxes.   Even iro of the returned  boxes there were documents missing.  The oher problem is the fake photo the FBI distributerd to the media of secret docments lying on the floor of he storerooms and the fcac is they made a mess of it and in evidence before the House it came out the photo was a fake.   The Judge hearing the case got so  mad at the FBI conduct that she postponed the case indefinitely until the FBI return all the documents for inspection.    Thus far the FBI did not return the documents and one can only wonder why?
