And now Russian missiles would have appeared to have hit Poland killing 2 Polish farmers.

Giving that it appears it was a farm just across the Polish border was hit, its likely an accident and not intentional on the part of Russia. Possibly it was a case of Russian missile crashing into Poland after being shot down by Ukraine's air defenses. The full details have not as of yet emerged.

Both Poland and Hungary have called emergency defense meetings as a result of this incident (also the Hungarians are saying Russian oil supplies into Hungary dropped off today for an unknown reason)

Given that it probably was an accident it will likely not warrant the triggering of article 5 but at the same time NATO won't want to be seen to be going soft of Russia and will possible supply even more advance and capable weapon systems to Ukraine as a response.
