The problem SB did not realize was that the trade agreements  Obama signed allowed for the USA free imports from China with no import duty charged,  The same did apply to China and since there was nothing the USA could do about it  China put  import duty on USA Products exported to China. The same stupidity applied to other deals as well.  

That free import condition and the slave labour conditions in China  encouraged the monopolists to move their factories to China thus increasing their profits massively,
