While we're on the subject of posters leaving, I struck the following over the weekend.

Before I continue with the thread I'd like to make one thing clear I haven't doctored what the poster had to say....

Me: You have an excellent memory...do u still post and what's your nick?

Poster: Ruckers, you invited me several months back..In November you went to Melbourne cup as part of your bucket list.

Poster:.... and no,I haven't posted since last season

Me: did u not like it?

Poster:

No, it was that I had nothing of value to contribute to the discussions. The regulars espouse their views forcefully and with conviction, and I am left wondering and at times confused. Player/coach/team bagging is "fun" but at times is vitriolic. As an example, one of the regulars keeps on bagging Matfield and the coach who keeps picking him. He does it in a way that has become repetitive, boring and quiet loathsome. I say move on.

Sharkbok, you are correct in regards to a few things. My rugby comments are not that many, but I read all the stuff and only post if I think I can ad something.Yes, I am a SSupporter member, like others on here and you are welcome to join up and check my posting history over there. It is easily accessible. You will however be surprised to notice that if ever this site or its posters were discussed that my comments were either in support of Ruckers or absent from the discussion. I call things as I see it and I never claimed to be a moral authority.
Neither myself or any of my buddies are 2 faced. I'm not going to ask you to prove it, as there are no proof, but I take exception to that remark, and a few others you've made, but I'll live with it.

This campaign to try and get members to leave this site is disgraceful and negative.   I want no hand in it and has always suggested that members bne left in peace and let them write what they please.
There are three norms which I have set myself this year:-
*   To refrain from name calling, personal attacks  and derogatory comments on members and their private life;
*   To stick to present and future rugby issues and remain as far as possible away from what happened in the distant past; and
*   To endeavour to write objective assessments on players and their performances.
I have kept to those norms and will keep this up even under provocation.   With some members on site you have to have a thick skin - they are diabolical when someone differs from them on anything.   It often enough turns into a "He said - She said"  situation and that becomes the norm in discussions.  That is as if players performances remains the same even in the case where there are serious deterioration or improvement and does not allow for members to change their minds on an objective basis.
We do need serious disagreements on issues on any similar forum otherwise it would be dull and causing members to get bored and leave - but then the views of others must be respected without getting involved in derogatory attacks.

DbDraad

I'll be very disappointed if you have backstabbed me or anyone else on the other site.

I believe any relationship is built on trust and respect.......I respect you but if you've backstabbed me then my respect and trust for you goes out the window.

Straight talk is no insult.

Sharkbok

I've always enjoyed your posts, I think I've mentioned it in the past. You have the ability to post funny, well in my opinion you do, few have....and yes you've made me laugh.

I'm not buying into your Donnybrook with Mozart, I think the two of you are man enough to sort things out.

However, there's one or two things you've said that I'm not comfortable with especially when you referenced Rooinek who has less credibility than Zuma.

I'll say it again...

I've never know anyone more bitter, vindictive and hateful as Rooinek.

Whatever the outcome of your spat with Mozart, I hope to enjoy your pres ence.

I've shared message boards with Draad for years & I cannot recall him badmouthing anyone anywhere . He's imo. an honourable oak . As for Kamp SS, well truth be told, since Beano's last departure from there (his 5th?) I cannot recall reading a single mention about this site from anyone there........ & that's the truth, the whole truth & nothing but the truth .

Denny. You will see the dagger if I decide to come for you.
Look, it stands to reason that this board has been discussed on SS, and I took part in some of it, but I won't say something over there, that I won't say on here. I discussed Beeno via PM after his last stint on SS, but I copied Beenz and Bob in on the discussion. Beenz was banned before he could read it though.Having said that, we are discussing an unsubstantiated baseless accusation which was made in a moment of anger in response to an unrelated topic. At this stage I don't care to defend myself to you or anybody else, as I actually don't know the "charges".
Rooi, you are welcome to ad your bit here, as you were still able to access that site up till recently.

"Rooi, you are welcome to ad your bit here, as you were still able to access that site up till recently."

Not sure what I'm expected to add but if by "that site" you mean Kamp SS then no, I haven't been able to access it for some months now. My account apparently still shows as active (because the Obergruppenfuhrers want to give the illusion that they're not small-minded censors) but they've reset my password so I can't read anything on there.

Remember, we're talking about the same squealers who edited my posts to add swear words and then - when I exposed them - the one mod ran away like a blubbering crybaby while the other one demanded more proof . . . and after I sent him the screenshot, he proceeded to blurt my real name all over the board, he accused me of being some troublemaker called Mats and then banned me for a few weeks.

When the blubbering crybaby mod finally returned, the first thing he did was set up a rule where you could only access the site if you had 50 posts or more and then he physically changed my post count so I was banned again. Later on they lifted that restriction and I was able to access the site again (although I only read . . . I didn't post anything on there and haven't for years) but more recently they've effectively banned me again by resetting my password.

LMAO! I wonder how many other people can claim to be banned from a message board that they don't even contribute to?

Draad, lately you have become a bit of a suck-up but to answer the specific question, no, two-faced is not an adjective that I would use to describe you.

Well Clevermike is also totally missing. Over the years this has been the MO of the indignant "attack" poster...do the deep dive....or seize on some flimsy thing  to divert focus. This morning RooiAAS seized on "suffice it to say". Language you can again find in Oxford  and which is in normal verbal and written use.

One is not fooled by this shallow, cowardly behavior....nor by the sense of humour that only works at the expense of others.

I believe ou Neckie owes you an apology, I don't expect he will, for all his frothing at the mouth in blaming you for getting rid of Ole Cruz and then wanting you to get off the board I would suggest that there's a critical shortage of egg on mother earth.

Perhaps Sharkbok will step forward and apologize....he sounds like a man of character.
