I am afraid the Police in the USA comes from the worst strata of society.  This constant shooting of members of the public - especially from African American descent - does not paint a good picture of the situation as to race relations.
 

 Mike, the USA has 250 M plus citizens and a media that jump on things like this. It is newsworthy because it not that common. Overhere it's a daily occurrence and you only hear about the very extreme cases. Only Britain can claim to have better police than the US. 

 So it's the media that's at fault....oh, alright then.

Folks if you were a cop in the USA you would be dead with your attitudes.
The country is over run with gangs, drugs, crime and guns and is a very dangerous place.
Much like RSA.....now think why.
More black folks get murdered by other blacks but the liberal news media does not broadcast that because it is not political correct plus they do not want to offend the black folks.
So just to be clear it is not racist cops just randomly shooting at every black guy, it is criminal black thugs who are being shot or arrested.
Of all the black guys shot by cops name one who was "Saint" and not a criminal or a drug dealer either resisting arrest or attacking the cop.
Time to face up to reality and speak the truth.

               Just remember the cops in the USA are not like the SAP.                              Sleep tight and don't forget to ensure that your gun is loaded and under your pillow.
               Please remember if something happens DO NOT CALL THE COPS.

The cops in this country have the license to do as they please ... that includes drug trafficking, robbery, rape and murder.

They're not even screened properly as many of them have criminal records.

A woman is gang raped in Benoni a few weeks back and calls the cops for help ... nstead of helping her , they gang rape her in the back of the police van ...
