After a tug of war with Fiji over Naiyaravoro , last weeks hattrick against Japan was'nt enough to earn the big Fijian a place in the Wallabies....begs the question, were Naiyaravoro and Kerevi named in the Wallabies squad just so they wouldn't be playing against Australia in their pool?

...sounds to me like Cheika has just been stringing these players along all this time...

Well bad news for Australia -the Fijians have announced a very strong team capable of kicking their butts regardless...especially if QC and Genia are in the Aussie lineup...

You'd have to know nothing about rugby not to be excited by this team that will face Australia, Wales , England and Uruguay in the pool of death...

.

“I am very pleased to announce a very strong and experienced team to represent Fiji at RWC2015,” John McKee said.

“After the successful Pacific Nations Cup campaign and current training camp here in Fiji the squad is working well towards the challenges ahead in the UK at RWC2015.

“Pool A is a very challenging pool and I have every confidence that this team will rise to the challenge and bring their best game to every match at the World Cup.

“Challenges such as those ahead of us bring out the best in top competitors and top teams, “McKee added.

“With this talented group of rugby players, fiercely proud of representing their country, I believe we have a team of players who will bring their best game to the biggest contest in international rugby,” McKee concluded.

Fiji’s faces host England in the opening match at 8.00pm on Friday 18 September, Twickenham Stadium in London.

Brycy the final will undoubtedly be between samoa and fiji. The fact that they have never beaten the Boks and probably other big teams should not be considered.
Everyone please listen to my good friend brycy on this one. Hahahhahahahaha what a comic! Reminds me of that great character Sitting Bull who I also had to correct on many an occassion. He had delusions of grandeur re his rain puddle side and the strength of mooo la la magic!

Beeno: Sitting Bull is held in very high regards on this site & one can only hope he returns.
His reputation is well beyond that of that wee chap Storming Ed (I think that was his name but he was not a very memorable character so who knows?)

The legend of Storming ED lives on - one to noble for this board of all sorts - think of the vulgar cc etc!
The Ozzies have quite enough of the PI oaks. They want to pretend that its still an oz side you understand. Brycy for some weird reason wants the Oz side to be entirely PI!
I always wonder why PI types dont want top play for their own teams and forge their own destiny. Bein g rugby colonies of oz and Nz is so undignified.

Bean Brain, I think it's written in yr book somewhere there's a time for everything... and it just happens to be the PI nations time to shine my friend...praying probably won't help yr case either...

...Anyone playing Fantasy rugby will want to seriously think about including anyone of these Fijian inside backs or OBs  they are going to set the RWC on fire...

...Leone Nakarawa is one of the best locks in the world at the moment...Ben Volavola the new Crusaders standoff will impress...so much talent - can't wait til they face the poms in the opening game of the RWC...it will be epic..

... Bean Brain while yr world ranking has been freefalling you probably haven't noticed that no other team in the world has shot up the rankings like the Fijians have...

....You've only got to look at their non travelling reserves to see that Fiji now has mean depth , are dangerous with a capital F and a major threat to all those in Pool A...

..They play are very fast hard running unorthodox game and opposition teams won't know what just hit them...providing they can keep at least 14 players on the field they will cause upsets..
