I m very happy about Etzebeth's performance. We may yet get to the stage where we have a decent Tight 5 in the Springbok team - but then the combinatioon should not have Jannie du Plessis and Matfield in the picture - even Beast has serious question marks.
There would not be a better Tight 5 combination in World Rugby than the following one:-
1 Kitshoff2 Strauss3 Malherbe4 Etzebeth5 Du Toit
Inclusion of Matfield and Jannie du Plessis is destroying SA forward play. But for Strauss - whom I am sure will be replaced in a year or two by Akker van der Merwe - that combination will take us through to the 2019 WC or even beyond.

Yep Eben has been bloody good in his last few outings as has young Jacques du Plessis of the Bulls.
