Better improvement universably in Minnow rugby

This is indeed enlightening for true lovers of this wonderful game...Japan, Georgia and Canada in particular.............indeed I say if they are good enough to play in world cup matches why not in other matches in between.

Minnows should be given the opportunity to stretch their legs and play the top 6 every now and then...only then can rugby grow.

We see how Argentina have improved since getting on board the Championship Competition...it is good for the game overall and it's not just for chest beating amongst the monopoly of the top 6 only.

I hope the IRB can have more altruistic attitudes for longer term evolvement and not just to line their pockets like Fifa..
