If anything is going to be terminated- it should be the coaches.

It is too late to undertake a refoundation of SA. The resources are gone.
The lack of thought that had to be given to what professionalism meant keeps showing up.

Like the idea of intimidating professional players as it was possible non professional players.

SA rugby is a long chain of wrong decisions that went against everything other teams elsewhere did.

Nobody had it as right as NZ but for sure, SA is the polar opposite.

The comedy of the quota policy entertains but in the end failed to cover the fiasco named SA rugby.

Thanks Xavi I appreciate you looking at the video, it was in fact a very competent piece of play by Morne. In an increasingly dishonest world, it's depressing to find honesty doesn't even have a safe house on this Board.

Rooinek just to remind you:-
*    Goosen's bottling out under high kicks *    Goosen making a weak tackle when in fact it was a try-saving tackle*    De Allende did not tackle Nonu before the Barrett try in the W C semi - he posted the video and then changed his tune and say he should have properly tackle.*    The video posted above - it was claimed that Morne had to jump to catch the ball - the proof was again the posted  video - which showed Morne's feet never left the ground.
You can pro bably think of  a 1 000 other examples posted by the habitual liar on the site.

Oh, so I am actually a drug-abusing alcoholic? And Dave is a fat greasy slob with BO? And Ou Maaik is some kind of kiddy-fiddling pervert?
Those are all disgusting lies that attack the person's character and create false images of those people that they then have to carry around with them on this forum. I'm sure most grown-up people will agree that those lies are far more damaging and harmful than something mild like keeping an identity a secret.

Ou Maaik, I don't think there's anything that terrible about saying a player did this or did that . . . but the lies of Moffie that I did mention are pretty despicable and show his character . . . or should I say his lack of character.

By your own post you are a drug abusing alcoholic...as for the attacks, everyone was a response. Your feigned outrage is silly, based on you calling me Moffie without any restraint. As for Mike, yep I think he is bent. ... Those are all opinions, which you can't disprove....name one lie. Go ahead.

Moffie, I don't really give a toss what you think and it's just another example of your pompous self-importance that you think I am going to waste my time trawling through the posts to find examples of your stinking lies.
You are the biggest liar on this board and there's nothing that you or anyone else can tell me that will change my mind.

Mike says: *    The video posted above - it was claimed that Morne had to jump to catch the ball - the proof was again the posted  video - which showed Morne's feet never left the ground.

I'll unlurk to chime in quickly. Here is a screenshot of the moment Morne catches the ball. He is quite clearly in the air as his shadows are not touching his feet (like is evident with the shadows of the guy behind him who is not in the air). Any honest observer won't need this screenshot, it's very clear on the video, but we know Mike will, even though he'll still deny that the player is in the air despite this clear evidence.
And I bid you all adieu again. Happy scrapping.

Have your eyes tested - Morne's feet is firmly on the ground - there is no evidence that he jumped to catch the ball.  I know you are Mozart's lap dog - and your photo is not what is in the video clip - they diod not show the kick from the angle you showed it from .   Where did you get it?
However, whatever the argument it was a sh!t kick - whether you like it or not.

'Whatever the argument'....says it all. Morne was off the ground...fact. He avoided the charge down with a low kick.....fact. The ball was fielded in the Brumbies half close to the touch line....not just outside the 22 in the middle of the field. . Three lies blown up by facts.

I looked at the clip a number of times.  The clip does not show the way Pakie indicated - the video clip does not show the angle Pakie's photo is taken from and even on Pakie's photo there was no indication Morne jumped to catch the ball as the real liar stated.
I looked at the clip at least five times and the deductions made by the biggest liar are as per normal twisted.
I do not only look at the catch - but also the sh!t kick that resulted.   If Morne was under pressure why did he not pass the ball to the next recipient - who was not under pressure as alleged by the great liar.

It is exactly the same angle, the left leg shadow from the player behind Morne cuts Morne at exactly the same point as on the video clip......you just can't stop lying.

The only bent person on this site is YOU and your interpretations.   Anyway whether you like it or not you are a despicable low life and Morne always was a sh!t poor flyhalf.   Only a really bent person can claim he was any good - even Meyer dropped him from the team in 2012 and dropped him twice in 2014.   How do you account for that dofdoos?

Mike...he is clearly off the ground.

I'm no fan of Steyn, In fact my first post on this board was to ask a question about what you guys thought of the Steyn/Pienaar combo because i felt that the days of Naas type rugby were over.

Matfield was a legend but should never have returned from retirement. I agree with a lot of what you say Mike.

In fact i'm on the same page as you most of the time. I disagree with Moz all too often but somehow it never degenerates into insults. If he is such an a-hole why has he never insulted me simply for disagreeing with him? Not that i am saying that you have insulted me.

I don't think you guys will ever sort it out. But one of you will die first and the other will then write a post on here commemorating your battles and say how you will miss the other.

Sort it out, don't sort it out. I don't give a shyte. But just remember that the final line in the sand will be drawn one day and there will be things you wish you could have said. There's nothing stopping you from saying them today

I have repeatedly endeavoured to make peace with Mozart - but he sticks to an agreement for 14 days and then blatantly started his personal attacks on me again the moment I disagree with him on anything.   I in the past after an agreement pleaded with him not to repeat the insults - but he does not listen and carry on regardless.
I have good relations with everybody on the site - but Mozart and Ceradyne.   They are constantly trying to belittle me and I am not prepared to take their continuous insults and just keep quiet.   I am even prepared now to reach another agreement provided it is kept by both sides.   However, bearing in mind what happened in the past I doubt very much whether it would serve any purpose since both sides must keep to any agreement and the two members concerned have never done that .

 The Trooth Fairy
The argument is not about the so-called jump = it is about the SH!T KICK that followed.   Anyway Morne was always a poor flyhalf - very poor and no argument against that is futile.

Mike t he fact that you can look at the clip or the screenshotand conclude that he has his feet on the ground is a worry.
However this is clear proof of how you 'read' a very obvious event. As such anything that you say should be cast into doubt, if not only taken with a pinch of salt.

OK = I looked at the so-called jump in the video clip again.   The so-called jump was so insignificant that when I looked at it the first five times I did not notice it.   If he went 5 cm up it would be a lot.   So minor that one has to look at it a couple of times to notice it.   So I was wrong in this case and apologize,
I also grant it was a poor pass in the first instance/
However - the above is now being used as a cloak to hide an extremely poor effort as a subsequent kick.   Morne had a number of option yet he decided on one of the worst relieving kicks imaginable.      One can expect this kind of cover-up for Morne's poor play by his supporters,   That is not a real excuse for subsequent poor play.   The same rubbish was dished up after the Perth disaster.

Thats the problem with trying to win the internet, you can't.  I'd say Morne was at least 30cm off the ground. It turns out I'm wrong, it was only 25...I'm a liar? Mike gets things wrong at times and so do others. We take different things to different extremes....trying to win an argument at all costs blinds us and makes us look stupid at times. Please give me a heads up when I do it next...I might bite your head off, but when the dust settles, I might have learned something. Sanctimonious, I know. Don't call me a twat though...please?

Geez really? You don't think he is just lying through his rotten teeth? What happened in this incident was Morne got a awful pass, he did briiliantly to bring it in.....because of the pass Morne was immediately under pressure for a charge down. He avoided that risk by putting a low kick .....which was received 5 metres inside the Brumbies half. It was a mature piece of flyhalf play. ... Tokkie knows this. He also knows Morne didn't get only 5cm up in the air.......he is lying. As posters we shouldn't accept such lies let alone treat them as an honest mistake. These are deliberate lies. ..... It's really not helpful when decent posters like yourself give a pass to guys like Tokkie when they are being totally dishonest.

This is utter BS continued.   There was zero brilliance about that kick - same as there were zero brilliance about the Perth disaster.   If he was under pressure the best thing imaginable is to pass the ball to another player who was not under pressure for a proper relieving kick - not to try as sh!t a kick which as a result actually cost the Bulls the match.
This kind of finding excuses for poor play is always prevalent when it comes to Morne Steyn by the same people who thinks that he is a top flyhalf.    Not so long the same member tied to compare Steyn with Carter - saying that he was on par with the latter.  Obvious utter BS.
If Carter was in the position Morne was with that situation there is no chance that he would bugger it up as totally as Morne did.   However, what else can one expect from a member who thinks that kicking represents 90% of what is required from a flyhalf with no regard as to the quality of kicks.   That remains the one reason why Morne is the Stade Francais bench flyhalf  in the last game he actually was allowed on the field for 4 minutes because he is such a danger to his own side  - but according to some he is the best flyhalf for SA.   What a farce.
