I have to say its a sad sight seeing such a weak Bulle pack.Wee matfield, stegsies and spiesies are so poor.

Draad if they would give wee matfiled the boot and spiesies and stegsies as well they would be in with a shout. It actually shows how sub pa r the wee crusties are they cant take out this bulle pack with 3 such sub par players in the pack.Pollard, Kriel and Odendaal looking good.Hougie back to scrummie and JJ to the wing .Serfontein partnering Odendaal.If Ludeke made those changes I think the Bulle would get somewhere.

Mallet compliments the ref. Say he didnt allow the crusties to scrum in. Man its a total disgrace what they got away with in NZ. Crusties also dont look as good when they dont have a slew of yellows favouring them?

I think the Criusaders lost because of -
* too many handling errors; and* the pathetic display of Richie McCaw.
McCaw today specialized in -
* losing ball possession;* missing nearly 25% of his attempted tackles; and* giving away FOUR penalties during the game.
It was so bad the referee spoke to Read and told him that McCaw would be dealt with harshly in the case of another penalty. Great player he used to be - at present he is definitely past it.

Cheaser Stokkies Hanekom is the 99 kg, 25 year old a ver ygood lions center who has vanished. Anybody know what has happened?
Its a pity one cant correct the heading of a post as I would change it to wee hapless mouldy old crusts.

If McCaw was the captain in that game - he would have been sent off to cool down. Four penalties in one game and missing so many tackles would have had him carded. As a matter of fact the referee was actually sympathetic to him by not carding him and talking to Read to tell him to refrain from further contrraventions in vi rtually every maul situation.
That perfectly good try disallowed by the TV Monitor - was so far forward that only an NZ referee would have allowed it to be given. It was at least a meter to a meter-and a half forward.
The more I see of McCaw the more I think he should have retired already. He is spoiling his good image by keeping on playing. People remember most vividly recent events and the danger is that may be stuck in their minds in the longer term insofar as McCaw is concerned..
