This is a mess - the Chiefs played their normal game and the referee will have none of their illegalities. There is no discipline in the Chiefs game and the result is a string of penalties against them. Warning after warning and the end result is two yellow cards.
The Chiefs are playing a seriously weakened Cheetahs side and they should beat them by a wide margin. However, their scrumming is bad aand their line-outs not much better. This really showed up something else. The gross irregularity of the Crusaders scrums last week - seriously helped along by the clueless referee.
Thus far a disappointing match and that is a fact.
