of some members of the site to -
*   to have Morne Steyn in the match-day squad for the quarterfinals;*   to discredit Malherbe in an effort to get Jannie du Plessis to start; and*   to discredit De Jager in an effort to get Matfield back in the starting squad.
There are even suggestions - mainly by among others of Dim Foc, Mozart, Pakie and Ceradunce to have Morne as starting flyhalf.
I think it is lunacy of the first order iro of the know-alls mentioned - but your opi nion on the issues will be sincerely appreciated.

You shameless, bald-faced liar. Where and when did I call for Morne as starting flyhalf in the quarters?

Among others refer to the whole three campaigns - you simpleton.  However, you were dribbling all over your keyboard in praise of Morne and degrading of Pollard.  So what else is there to believe?

"So what else is there to believe?"

Uhm, that I was making observations about the game? I wasn't degrading Pollard. I was questioning certain things he did, and points of concern about his play. If you had been paying attention at all, you'd know how highly I rate Pollard and how often I have defended him. As recently as Saturday, where I named him the Boks' best back. That doesn't put him above critical ana-lysis. I'm not a blind fanboy of any player.
As for Morne, I said he had a good outing, distributed well but his place kicking was poor. No more, and no less, with absolutely no suggestion or "campaign" for him to start in the quarters. Grow the fck up you petty little man.

Ag Foeitog.  I mentioned before anybody else that there were mistakes made in the game by both Du Preez and Pollard.  So I was well aware of the problem and went even wider than you did in trying to find a reson for what happened.   But I never ever just overlook Morne Steyn's deficiencies and heap praise on him, despite you latest protestations.
Plead innocent on everything you stated - also iro of Matfield and Jannie.   Know-all.

Come on then. This is where your lying catches up to you. What have I said on this board about Matfield and Jannie? Where have I promoted either of them at the cost of someone else? Go on.

I have read some rugby crap in my life......but seriously never have I read such utter rubbish recently when in comes to the merits of Matfield over Lood......I could get the debates if it was a close call, but the distance between these two players is so vast that it is not worth a serious discussion. The only thing Matfield has over Lood is experience and leadership.....if a coach selected that over merit, then he would have suffer the consequences. From a purely rugby standpoint, Matfield is not fit enough to tie Lood's bootlaces.

Closely followed by the garbage on Lood is the utter rubbish written about the merits of our centres......easily the best pair we have seen together since a young Jean/Fourie combo......difference being that these two are even better.......their software is in a different class. To question de Allende's strength is the most ignorant take on a player I have ever come across and now I see Moz questioning Kriels strength......based on what exactly. de Allende and Kriel once again were good against nobodies granted but good they were. It was not a polished performance by Kriel, but that try of his just showed his attacking class. His speed and feet are second to none. He is going to rip defences apart as the years go by. Long-term investment in these two along with Serfontein is a must.

As for questioning Malherbe's merits in the scrums yesterday, well that is just insulting. How the F  U  C   K can you be stupid enough to question anyone of the Bok pack when they marched the poor States pack backwards with interest in ever scrum....it was a massacre.

Apparently PSDT offered nothing either....what a load of crap, he took over from Lood, as dominant in the line-outs, carrying the ball and defending. Great outing by the young man.

Morne was his usual self, nothing special.....should he be on the bench ahead of Lambie......NEVER

Come on Mike, this thread is not going away. You said "Plead innocent on everything you stated - also iro of Matfield and Jannie."
Surely that means you know exactly what I said about Matfield and Jannie. Why are you taking so long to respond? Or is this how long it takes to make up more lies?

Rats running for cover? Then please quote where I said Pollard should be dropped. I dare you. Make no mistake though, Morné would be no weak link, but did I campaign for Morné to replace Pollard? Have I ever done so? Quote it.
I haven't actually stated who I think who should start at 5! So this is yet again a scenario where you have over-extended yourself. I was one of the original members who picked out Lood before he became another bandwagon; back when you were still pining for Stephanie! Merely what I have done is temper the bandwagon journeymen's obsession with a more balanced view of Lood, and defended Vic from obscene dishonesty. And even after making a call that I would select Lood for our next game, the only lock selection I have openly made aside from Flip, and now I am campaigning for Vic. Point to one post I made about Vic that wasn't in response to an attack of him, then you will start to find who the real campaigners are.
As for Maalherbivor, he was the inferior scrummager against Scotland, period. Hasn't been very good in the past. You don't like him because he is good, just that he isn't Jannie. Shameful lies you have spread against him! Angry mob stuff.
Welcome to Eggville Michael... welcome home!

Yep and while you are about it quote where I said Pollard should be dropped for Morne.......the Daily Mail has nothing on the abysmal journalistic standards of this mong. The guy who incidentally said Pollard was a Morne clone and preferred Swiel.

I love the postings of the three worst VBllage idiots on this site and their faithful sidekick.  They pretend that they are the only world experts in rugby - anybody who have a different opinion  to them - is always wrong.
Even when a player is yellow-carded or red-carded they say it was wrong - the referee, the TV referee and the citing commissioner.  They saw nothing wrong and so all else is wrong.   A penalty is given and converted - but there was no penalty.
So what else is right in their chicken brains?

Just res[poded to your bird brain ideas.  I suppose i should remember I have to dea l with three dunces (Dim Fox, Mozart and Ceradyne) - who combined his the intellect of a 10 year old kid - so I must be patient and respond kindly to the in a form childrem cou understanding.   Fairy tales - like Fat Frarnsie's rugby I should begin :  Once upon a time there was fairy who as so obese he was called Fat Fairy. Now Fat airy was so slow he could not run properly.   So he decided it would be better to get even fatter so that he became so gross he would scare the opposition out of their wits...."
Maybe the imbeciles would understand more about what I write if I use that style

While insulting the intellect of others, I think it is particularly important to not do so while sounding like an imbecile yourself.
