Faf has much better feel for the game. Reinach continues to be a balance sheet of credits and debits.

FAf is extremely good and definitely won the scrummie battle.Reinach though doesnt play in a team with the same degree of fluidity. Reinach is getting better and he must work on his kicking game as he potentially also has a very good boot. However I agree Faf is more instinctive as a scrummie and so dynamic - miles better that Aaron Smith who bumbled his way throught the highlanders/crusty game.
Poor ou rooitwit. How his hapless Stormers line has backfired! Bwahahahahahhahaha

I can be wrong, but it seems to me Faf will be the only SA scrummie who will survive the new ruling that the ball is in play the moment the scrummie puts both his hands on the ball. Gone are the days where Fourie du Preez. Hougaard, Pienaar and even Reinach hold the ball and inspect where to pass the ball. The opposition will now trap all of them behind the scrum.

I would have picked him over Reinach last year, shame his injury ruled him out of the last few games in Currie Cup and EOYT.

He was very good this week though he played against a team that was in shambles which made it easier for him. If Faf continues to perform well in more matches he could possibly get a bok call up in time for the RWC though its still early days. Faf is a talented all round scrum half, it's a pity he is so underrated.
