The guy is gormless. He is standing remonstrating as the Bargie pivots over. Our play imploded after Victor left....brains are priceless.

You are a liar and that remains a fact.  Only a liar would make a claim like that.  There was nothing at all anybody in rugby could do to stop that try and that is a fact.  But lets go to your other misrepresentations as well.  How come Jannie flop so badly in scrums once again.    Malherbe was instrumental in getting penalties for the Springboks - Jannie was so poor in scrumming that he gave away a penalty.  Sill thinking that Jannie is your national treasure?

Nonsense. If he wasn't moonlighting behind the goal line and had  joined the ruck he would have stopped him. If he reacted faster he would have stopped him.....as it was he was in no mans land waving his arms. Fat lot of good that did.

You are talking absolute crap here - a lie as well.  Must he go and lie on top of the player and prevent the try?   Well - one can always expect the BS streaming from you - and this is standard.
You will not admit that when Jannie came on the scrumming went backwards and a scrum penalty was awarded against the Springboks.  Jannie was scrumming inwards and Nyakane went on a walkabout.  Both were to be blame for that penalty.   Jannoie was poor when he came on.

No he simply needed to counter.... to push in the ruck on the player directly in front of him ....rather than standing back and waving his arms. Another Lomp up.
As for Jannie, he was on the park for 9 minutes....I remember only one scrum which was neutral. I don't remember Malherbe getting right shoulder once, but I do remember him being crunched in one scrum. All the commentators are prepped to talk about his great scrumming in their talking points. In fact he did nothing against the Bargie second s tring....our shove came from the Beast who did a massive job on Herrera who thus far has dominated all and killed Slipper last week.

And of course he set it up...
Penalty to the Pumas as De Jager is caught offside and Argentina have one final chance to score a try. They crash forward into the South Africa wall. It's held up. One final big push... Orlandi drives forward... TRY!

Have checked the Jannie scrums....the first we were going forward but called for wheeling.....the second was pretty normal....in the third Jannie cracked the Bargie loosehead. Check it out at minute 67.35. A dominant scrum by the Bok tighthead.

Jannie was sh!t even from the word go - but Mozart's falsified descriptions was BS as per normal.   Mozart has just continued praising a non-deserving player - as per normal.  The above story about "not remembering" one scrum where Malherbe did well is just a cover for outright lying.
What a load of BS that idiot always spread on this site.

Lood is not a test lock. Can't handle the pressure against better opposition. Poor defensively. Ineffective in the lineout ... especially with his own ball.

Can't for the life of me understand his selection.

Jannie is and has always been a very poor tighthead.

He's a powder puff. A weakling. One who complains when taken apart up front. Very poor defensively ... absolutely useless in the tight-loose.

Fcuk knows what he's doing playing test rugby.

The injury prone Malherbe is streets ahead of him. So is Kock, Redlinghyus, Dreier, Marcell, Werner Kruger and even the useless Coenie

An embarrassment to South Africa.

I hope he's a better doctor ... cause a rugby player he is not.

Blobbie get real, Lood has been the find of the season.
Pap victor again embarrased with his lame performa nce geting dominated in the collisions and failing to clean out on a number of occassions.
So great knowing his is finally gone and we have the best young locks in world rugby.

Some info for Dom Dr Mozzz and the dommer wee cc!Ex the independent UK

Tipping an opponent on his head, placing a forefinger within a dozen inches of a rival’s neck, taking Japan too lightly… for anyone intending to stay alive in this World Cup, the list of “don’ts” has been almost as long as the inventory of social media spats between England players and their critics. As for those simply wanting to stay alive until Sunday, there is just one golden rule: do not, on any account, get on the wrong side of Eben Etzebeth. (Hence the preference of the dense dark duck for pap wee victor 105 kg and 38 years old!!)

Just this week, at the Springboks’ quarter-final camp in Surrey, some brave media type took it upon himself to suggest that the 19st lock from Cape Town was a dead ringer for Borat. To his face. If looks could kill, they probably did. Reports of a New Zealand journalist being vaporised in the grounds of a country house hotel outside Bagshot have yet to be formally denied.

Etzebeth is, to use the popular phrase, a piece of work. So too is his second-row partner Lood de Jager, a baby-faced assassin if ever there was one. The Boks also have an extremely useful engine-roomer on the bench in Pieter-Steph du Toit and are, therefore, in the unusual position of not caring a fig that Victor Matfield, a World Cup-winning forward armed with 120-odd caps and a line-out reputation second to none, is currently incapacitated by a hamstring injury.

lood De Jager in action for South Africa

Wales, who face the two-time champions at Twickenham on Saturday afternoon, are hardly bereft in this department: Luke Charteris and the mighty Alun Wyn Jones demand to be taken seriously. But no country on this rugby earth has a grander second-row tradition than South Africa, where size very definitely matters, and if the Springbok sage Gary Gold is correct in his judgement, the boilerhouse brat pack have put their nation ahead of the game once more and could keep it there for a decade.

Yep size does matter especially when playing lock and nobody has proved that more than pap victor the backline wannabee! Victor vamos! Hahahahahahahaha

wee matfiled has made Dr Mozzzzz and cohorts EGG magnets as of course has Malherbe. I wonder who next will they will get it wrong about or who they will laud to the heavens dispite very poor performance levels!

Beeno always ready for a good laugh!

Rubbish I have seen victor making a mess of defending the line many a time. He is far too weak to stop the opposition and gets driven back.Lood is a great tackler and his tackling stats were very high. Its nonsensical to compare the two as matfield is not club standard.
Good riddance to bad rubbish!

Look at the picture beandip posted.

Now does that look like a person with a brain?

Definitely not!!

Is he even self aware?

Does he know that he's not an amoeba?

For the Boks to advance they'll need every brain cell they can come up with. Sadly this man has nothing but dead space between the ears. An empty vacuum void of any activity.

Lood was a lot better player this year, certainly much improved from last year. He is an effort player first and foremost and lays it on the line every time he runs out there. But that is not sustainable - not for a season, and often not for an entire game. Effort needs to be managed - if not by the player himself, then the coaching staff. Lood needs to be far more technical in the tackle and the carry which will make him a more efficient player and the big effort plays can be used when they are needed.
He looked a little worn out and off his pace in the QF and SF and thus lacked his usual impact as he was forced to play long minutes with Matfield injured and in must-win pool games.
His lineout calling also needs to be improved. No excuse for having a monster like Etzebeth in the lineout and not calling the ball to him. The more you can demonstrate to the opposition that you have several options, the more difficult it becomes for them to defend and challenge. Its a universal game play strategy. This is something Matfield was great at.
A lot of this will come with maturity as he plays more, he certainly has the potential. Just needs to be smarter.

Lomp was waving his arms three feet behind the goal line when the Bargie flopped over....good enough for me to say he could have stopped the try with just normal awareness. You are right Matey he is an effort player....that pays dividends against the minnows. Against Wales, NZ and the Bargies he was nowhere.

 You garbled old fool
The game losers against the AB's were not only De Jager as you so stupidly alleged - but the following for indicated reasons:-
*   No 1 was Victor Matfield for rank stupidity and causing a convetrtable penalty to be turned around and for being useless in what he was doing on the field of play in all other aspects;
*   No 2 was Schalk Burger for losing ball possession leading to the scopring of the AB's second try;
*   No 3 was De Jager for missing the tackle on Kaino when the latter scored a try.
Now let me explain.  The worst sin on a rugby field is not physical - it is for beings stupid and Matfield took the trophy in stupidity on that day,   Nothing can be than indiscipline in any rugby game - but stupidity leading to indiscipline is really the worst to be expected from a supposed strategist (as you so often called him) is really the furthest down a player can go,
Losing ball possession by a ball carrier is inexcusable and Burger had the honesty to apologize for that in a press statement for that deficiency.
Missing a tackle on the field of play is not excusable but it does happen and is not as infrequent a mistake by all players than a ball possession loss is.
So get over the issue and start thinking about rank stupidity is as a characterisitic of the dim Matfield,

Lomp gave the ABs respite when we were in control. His missed tackle....up against the touchline for heaven sake....was the moment the ABs got into the game. And technically it was a worse effort than Jessie kriel's disastrous flub to lose to Japan.
For sheer gormlessness though, his allowing the Bargie to flop over our line takes the cake.

This is priceless......could you be any more clueless Moz......I mean seriously?
Lood was our best forward all WC and certainly the find of a poor WC.....made Matfield look every bit the useless player he is these days.
At least Lood is here to stay......thank fuck its bye bye useless Vic.....who served only to tarnish a great reputation.
He will forever be remembered as the comeback liability who lost us the semi
