Foreign players in Europe are weakening NH rugby and SA (in particular) rugby is also suffering.

It is interesting to note that only 2 countries in last WC had NO foreign born players in their sides...Argentina and little Georgia and it was these 2 countries that showed the biggest improvement/growth.

Surely there must something in this?
