Last week there was a dramatic downgrading of points between what was given on Sunday and the final point allocations when the  competition was finalized.   Unless this happens again this week most of the league members did much better than in Round 9 and the present points are as follows:-

1.  Juicers            =   606

2.  Saffex             =   578

2.  Qwaggas         =   578

4.  Awesome 1      =   536

5.  Clevermike       =   528

6.  Leaf Village      =   500

7.  Lukes Canes     =   486

8   XQZIT              =  485

9.  Blackpower      =    480

9   oimatey           =   480

11 Unity XV          =   441

11 Lightbringers     =   421

13  Wardad           =   369

14  Mighty Chiefs   =   338

Misfortune struck certain members who selected Nadolo and especially those who even made them their captain.  Commiserations to them.

If the above points are to be final - our League scores will be as follows:-

Total points won     =     6825

Average per player  =       487

That is a further increase on Round 10 - where the average score was in the vicinity of 470.   It could result in a further move up the League leaderboard by us.   Hope it does.  It did not happen - we are still no 9 on the League Leader Board

I would be 580+ but I made a blunder of a captain choice lol. Had several players over 50 ah well.

A miserable result for me this week. I made a few choices against my better judgement, e.g. Dagg and Nadolo looked injured but I still selected them. Glad that overall it was a good weekend for our league though.

I had a better round. 558. Hurt to have Barret on the bench with 75 points.

I spent the whole weekend camping in the beautiful northern Drakensberg so I didn't see even a single minute of rugby this weekend, nor have I managed to watch a single replay. The various match reports don't indicate why Nemani Nadolo scored negative points this round. Can someone tell me what happened . . . and is he injured for next week?

Nadolo had an injury last week I think that effected his performance.

Thanks 3IQ. He must have made a lot of errors or given up a lot of penalties to score so badly. Did he play the full 80 minutes?

 Rooinek
It was just a multiple problem stemming in part from a dismal performance by the Crusaders team as a whole.  Nadolo himself had no ball carries, he knocked balls on twice, made on tackle and missed 2 and gave away a penalty.   I agree it has in part to do with his injury the previous week and in part due to the dismal Crusaders display.
Rooinek - will you do us a big favour.  I have sold my house in Tinley Manor and intend   to go on Sunday to Riversdale to look for a house there.  I should be back by Thursday next week - but want to ask you if you cannot handle the thread dealing with team selection next week.   I will still handle that thread this week, but next week will be a problem.

Final points updated.  There was again a very substantial deductions in the provisional points - so we are not as well off as I thought yesterday.
