Guys I think it is time to call a "Time out".
Practically every subject issue on this site is now flooded with personal nasty remarks.
I am just as guilty as all the others who post those comments......but that is not the issue.
We are all interested in rugby and are all Springboks fans in one way or the other.
Lets forgive and forget and do our best to post comments that are on the side of respect for each other. We can differ as we will but lets remain civil.
I will start by apologizing to each and everyone for my irresponsible comments and from here on in I will refrain from posting such comments.
Trust that I can get support from everyone on this site and lets unite and win the WC 2015 together as SPRINGBOK RUGBY FANS.
Sincerely,Arthur John.

We tried this before. I called a truce with Michael, he agreed and then attacked me in his very next thread. It just won't work. Personally I think the only way to solve this is with gentlemanly fisticuffs. Nothing too showy, just enough to make a believer out of him .

The allegation is somewhat one-sided and I did tone my responses down until you start to become vicious and posting that pic was low class and an absolute low point in discussion of anything.
I tried for months to keep the peace with Mozart earlier this year - but after less than a month he started personal attacks again despite repeated request him from doing so.
I am always prepared to differ from people on a debating basis without reference to personal attacks - but if  members descend to the level of personal attacks they must expect that I would respond in kind.
Anybody can disagree on rugby issues and still maintain a decent level of discussion and I think it is n fact possible with you - but has given up with Mozart and Ceradyne.  They respond to nothing without becoming vicious in their personal attacks.   They have been like that for years and has been atrocious in what they write om this site especially in the case of Mozart .
Incidentally I used to be a Mozart ally and even at one stage had a long telephonic conversation with him.   However, I started differing from him on players and that was the end of the cordial relationship.   Anybody differing from him is subject to vicious personal attacks.   He just seem impossible to accept opposing views to what he believes in.

Guys....we have to make a start.
Pointing fingers and making excuses will never correct the problem.
We all have to take a step back and be able to see our shortcomings and correct them.
Lets make a difference and buy into the spirit of rugby for the sake of this site.
Thanks.

I don't believe I have been anything but fair. Actually, more than that. I choose to see the humorous side to the things that go on here. I debate hard as well as listen. Few critics seize that opportunity to have their say because they cannot control their vulgar mouths and have zero debating skills.
Michael, that picture of a Santa-esque playboy was just a bit of ribbing. Not meant as a serious attack. But if you found it offensive, if it really did go overboard then I apologize. Perhaps I'm used to a little more robust humour with my in-g roup.

AJ you have to understand one simple truth. The oaks here are only vaguely interested in rugby. The rugby aspect is just a vehicle that provides a means to have ago.DR Mozzz, for example, misses his boardroom spats and would die of boredom if there was no Mike and Saffex to duel with. Where would Saffex be if there was nobody to call an ignorant twat!  Etc etc.
Such is the natue of rugby websites everywhere except that ladies one they call squeak!
