Beeno, I said:
  1. We cannot attack through our centres.
  2. Lood is immobile and becomes less of a factor in tight physical games.
  3. We are vulnerable to tactical kicking.
  4. We don't have distributors in our backs; every road a dead end. Fans only cared about running, shows what everyone knows.
  5. Lambie will be a no show if he comes off the bench.

All the way through this is one giant I told you so.

Desert Fool, they say self praise is no praise at all . . . although in your
case I can understand why you have to talk yourself up because no one
else will.

Over and above your shameless self-promotion, if someone had to ask me
which poster got the most wrong before and during this tournament, I'd
have to say it was a toss-up between yourself and that other deluded
and self-important old windbag Moffie. You two should be hiding your
crimson and egg-covered faces instead of squeaking about how clever
you are.

What did I get wrong? Each and every time you challenged me you were exposed. Shall we recount your retreat after the Reds try against the Sharks? Speaking of the Sharks, you predicted "the dawn of a golden age". The "shackles are finally off". How did that work out? They scored two tries more than under Jake, but conceded twice as many more. How was that six game losing streak? To top it off, Frans comes back and spearheads a resurgence. How can one man get it so wrong?
Damian, the best centre in the word. Gets bamboozled against Australia, losing that test all on his own. Is a headless chicken against New Zealand in a rare poor performance by the Men in Black. He couldn't capitalise on a perfect game for a runner. He got overpowered by Argentina. Created nothing against Samoa, nothing against Wales, nothing against Scotland - who also overpowered him the second half once they manned up. He was humiliated by New Zealand. He ended the year scoring a try against the USA and and setting up a try against the USA. The worst team in the competition.
Lood. The best lock in the world alongside Steph. Where was Steph against Japan? Where was Lood against the All Blacks? I said Lood was immobile and had poor hands. He blew two try scoring opportunities against Wales in their 22 with his hands of stone. He got well beaten for a try by New Zealand.
Where was Kriel against Japan? He concedes the game winning try because he cannot defend. I also lambasted Bissie, who conceded penalty after penalty to the Japanese.
Where was Lambie? The greatest 10 in South Africa. One of the best players in the world. He continued where he left off late 2014, where he was outplayed by England, Wales and Italy. Now he got outplayed by an unknown Nihonjin that I was told I was too stupid to accept was a "worthless piece of shit" who plays in a "shit league". How did that work out? And to think, I was the lone voice who warned that the Japanese could legitimately trouble the Boks. I was yet again a "stupid fucking imbecile" who should "get a grip". Well, things didn't work out that way.
Even better. I foretold how the Welsh would defend and attack. Down to the detail. Did you? When everyone else was demanding that Meyer plays it wide, I correctly determined that this would flow into the teeth of a very hard Welsh defence. From the very first attack, the Boks go wide and get turned over, and almost get run back for a try - Damian being the runner who got turned over! Well, what do you know? How could this be? Everyone asserted that I was a "thick piece of shit" for denying "the obvious".
Yet more. When New Zealand defeated France. Everyone broke into a panic. Who predicted how New Zealand would play against us? Who assessed the game against France correctly?
Everyone can keep their pearls of wisdom, I'm doing fine on my own. I don't need validation or a hand to hold.
And you say I got everything wrong, more than anyone else. If you fancy your chances we can debate any aspect of every game this year. I have nothing to fear and no reason to hide. I have challenged you before and you ran away then. Will you run away now?
It's your vanity that leads you into these arguments. You hate that anyone might know anything. It eats you up because you know you cannot deal directly with people, so you insult them. What a miserable, empty life you must lead. Who was it who ran to The Roar to teach everyone about the game? You. Feeling sorry for yourself because "noone on Ruckersforum wants to talk rugby", they are all "too stupid". Meanwhile, it was you who ran away because you couldn't talk rugby.
You never do talk rugby. I have been reading your tripe as early as 2001 and you were always instigating or flocking to fights. It's the bulk of all of your contributions. Where you attempt to assert your supposed superiority over other people. What you see in me is what has always existed in you all along.
Rooinek, the only poster more clueless than Michael. What an utter loser. To think, your prime is behind you. Isn't that a depressing thought?
